Roger starts off near the first orc, while Jeanne and Liane are too far to get to him before the first round ends. Roger can move around behind the orc and start to do damage while Jeanne and Liane move into position. In the next round, Roger can move into position to take on the orc knight (attacking the orc nearest the orc knight along the way).
As the third round begins, two or three of the orcs may have been defeated, and Jeanne hears a voice telling her to hold the armlet aloft. Jeanne transforms, and thanks to Godspeed she may be able to take down two orcs and make her way to attack the English Officer in this turn. Liane should be able to move over and help Roger defeat the orc knight.
In the next round (or the following), Jeanne should be able to finish off the English Officer while Roger and/or Liane finishes off the orc knight.
