Trish Una vs. Notorious B.I.G
The group steals a plane, killing an enemy Stand user that seemingly wanted to die along the way. However, Giorno notices strange writing on the wall next to his seat. He eventually realizes that the enemy's Stand, Notorious B.I.G, has survived its user's death, and has infected his arms! Before the Stand can reach the rest of his body, Giorno has Gold Experience cut off his arms, rendering him unable to use his Stand's abilities. Luckily, Bucciarati manages to throw B.I.G out of the plane with a zipper. As Bucciarati has Giorno rest inside the turtle and enters the cockpit to inform Abbacchio of the attack, Trish notices something moving on the floor; it's one of Giorno's brooches, now turning into a hand! Seems Giorno had a contingency plan for this situation. However, she has hardly taken a step before she hears a sound from the window... B.I.G has re-entered the plane, and is heading for the hand! Realizing that the hand is the only hope for Giorno regaining his Stand's healing ability, she resolves to protect it from the enemy Stand.
You now control Trish, who doesn't begin with a Stand, with your goal being the defeat of Notorious B.I.G. The Stand attacks moving objects, so you'll have to walk slowly toward the brooch, making sure not to attract B.I.G's attention lest it attack you and throw you towards the camera, away from the brooch. Once you reach the brooch, Trish's Stand, Spice Girl, awakens and gives you the power necessary to defeat B.I.G.
| The first Secret Factor must be done before the second, or it will not activate. The third Secret Factor can only be done after the second, and the fourth requires the conditions for the third to be achieved. |

| 1. Make one of the seats recline. (座席をリクライニングさせる) Attack one of the seats. This will cause it to recline, distracting B.I.G and allowing you to walk past it for a few seconds (until the seat breaks), and rewards you with +2. |
| 2. Awaken Spice Girl. (スパイス・ガール覚醒) Reach the brooch. This activates a cutscene where Spice Girl appears to Trish and asks for her orders. You now have access to Trish's Stand, and are rewarded with +4. |
| 3. Shoot a seat and soften it. (座席をシュートして柔らかくする) Stand Shoot one of the seats. This will cause B.I.G to attack it as a normal attack does, but will also prevent the seat from breaking, rewarding you with +2. |
| 4. Attack with "Time to slice it up!". (「細切レニ切リ刻ムッ！」を当てる) Use Spice Girl's pole attack (  ) on B.I.G while it is distracted by a moving seat. This will deal considerable damage to it and reward you with another +2.
