Twilight Town is an original world that made its debut in Kingdom Hearts II. Here, it replaces Traverse Town in the first game and Radiant Garden in the second game as something of a hub for the heroes.

Upon landing, the party is thrust into battle with some Dusks and Snipers. Here, Links are introduced, though the only one currently available is Meow Wow from Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. Dusks and Snipers attack in much the same way as they did in Kingdom Hearts II. Though this battle shouldn't prove too difficult, you can use Meow Wow to move it along at a quicker pace. Don't forget to frequently use magic in order to defeat groups efficiently and gain access to Grand Magic, as well as Formchanges and team attacks. Shotlock can also come in handy when dealing with big groups, as it can weaken and even defeat multiple enemies in an instant.

After a scene, you must engage the Demon Tide in yet another battle. Use magic or aerial attacks to pursue it in the air, and block down on the ground when you see it prepare to charge, giving you the opportunity to perform an effective counterattack. If you have the Hero's Origin Keyblade from Olympus equipped, you can use the block and counter of the Counter Shield Formchange, which is even more effective. When using the Counter Shield's Finish, let the chariot guide you, as it will follow the targeted enemy by default; simply focus on striking lightning down on the Demon Tide for as long as the Finish allows. Take note that the battle concludes before you can take out all of the Demon Tide's health, meaning it won't be long until the second encounter. For now, enjoy the spoils of battle in the form of Cure (which should be set to your shortcuts as soon as possible) and the MP Safety ability.

Tram Common[edit]

Wait for the cartoon to conclude for a Lucky Emblem.

In a scene following the battle, Lucky Emblems and the Gummiphone's camera feature are introduced. Start by taking a picture of Lucky Emblem #1, on the wall indicated by the scene. Afterward, run up to the very top of the tower nearby, in the center of the tram track that winds around it. On one of its chimneys is Lucky Emblem #2. Lucky Emblem #3 can be found atop the tram itself. Across from the tower is a large chest by the wall of another building, containing Map: The Neighborhood. Run to the top of this building to find a smaller chest, containing Fluorite. Proceed forward past a couple of rooftops to the last building in this cluster. From the taller rooftop, you can take a picture of some plates on a table of the shorter rooftop. These plates make up Lucky Emblem #4.

Destroy these crates to find a chest.

Take a left turn from the rooftops, dropping back to the ground and proceeding through a passage in the wall. Here, a theater is set up, projecting a cartoon. Wait for it to conclude to catch Lucky Emblem #5 on the screen. Run up the wall at the back of this area to find a chest containing a Mythril Shard. From here, follow the path up the stairs and across a bridge, then straight across some rooftops in the same direction to find a hidden chest containing a Hi-Potion, between some planters. Drop off the left of this roof and walk forward down the path, taking a right turn toward what appears to be a dead end. Destroy the boxes against the wall to reveal a chest containing Fluorite. Turn around and head straight from here to enter a new area.

Underground Conduit and Woods[edit]

This Lucky Emblem can be found on the wall at the back of the Woods.

Proceed through the tunnels to encounter some Shadows and Munny Popcats. Defeat them and continue forward until you come across some stairs leading out of the tunnel. By a gate to the left of these stairs is a chest containing a Refocuser. Proceed up the stairs to exit the tunnels and enter a new area, which triggers a scene. Defeat the Heartless that spawn to rescue Remy from the 2007 Pixar film Ratatouille.

After regaining control, turn back and run up the wall to find Lucky Emblem #6. Back down on the ground, you can find Lucky Emblem #7 on the door of the tunnel's entrance. Back toward the Woods, move along the right wall of trees to find a log, where a chest containing an Ether hides. Defeat the Heartless that spawn and proceed along the right side of the area, where a small clearing can be found. Lucky Emblem #8 is on a wall here. Left from here, across on the other side of the area, is a chest along a fallen tree; it contains an AP Boost. To the right of the exit, by the back wall of a clearing, is a chest containing Fluorite. Proceed to the next area.

Adventure through Twilight Town and complete the story.

On the left wall in front of the mansion's front garden is Lucky Emblem #9, between some overgrown leaves. Inside the walls are a save point and, to the right of the mansion's front doors, a chest containing a Defense Boost. Approach the doors to trigger a scene. Exit the mansion's gates to trigger another scene, which leads into a battle. Fight off the Neoshadows and Dusks for another scene, after which you can return to town. This triggers another scene, after which you must collect ingredients scattered around the Tram Common. Following another scene, you can get started at Little Chef's Bistro and examine the two posters on the bulletin board for your first Classic Kingdom games. You can now leave the world.
