Whispy Woods: As with other bosses, this fight has two steps.
Phase 1: Defeat the three baby trees walking around the area.
Phase 2: Wait for Whispy to attack by raising his roots to your level.
One of best recommenced combo abilities to have is Fire+Cutter for a Flame Sword. This should give enough time to attack twice. If you don't have a special attack, you can still inhale and launch an apple that Whispy launches at you.
