Go to the Underworld entrance and recruit Larc (if you don’t have him already in the party), then head to the White Forest. When you enter, Larc will say that the White Dragon, Vadise, is hiding in here. He will also tell you that he can smell it and guide you. The mission will then officially begin. From now on, every time you take a path, Larc will tell you if it is the right one or not. If you want to finish the mission quickly, just follow his directions. However, if you also want to collect all the items (as suggested), you should ignore them.
When you can move, head to the right and go down. In the next screen you’ll find a chest with a Giant's Horn. Exit south and in the next screen take the right path to find a chest with a Baked Roach. Go back to the previous screen and take the path on the lower left to reach a chest with an Ash inside. Proceed to find another chest with Animal Meat, then go left. You’ll meet Reverand Nouvelle here, who will give you some information about a subsequent mission and a Gold Spirit Statue. Go to the next screen, to reach a chest with a Silly Eye, then take the upper path. Head left, up and then right. At the bottom you’ll find a chest with a Clear Feather. Go back some steps and go left; you might find a Beast Eggs or some Elemental Coins. Then go south. Proceed to the right and go south again. Take the left path in the next area, and then exit south. In the next screen Larc will say that you're close to Vadise's lair. Get the Ear of Wheat from the chest and head left to reach another chest with a Poison Powder. Go back and take the path under the first chest. Go straight right, to reach the Ancient Tree.
Here you will meet Sierra again. After a brief argument between Sierra and Larc, Vadise will appear. Larc will leave, giving you your reward for accompanying him here. Vadise, however, will hold you back, asking you to prove your worth. It's time to face the boss of this mission.
The real boss is Vadise, but you also have to deal with Sierra in this fight. It is not mandatory to defeat her to win the fight, it is enough to beat the dragon, but by getting her out of the way you will be able to attack Vadise much more easily. Hurry though, because after a while Sierra will recover. Anyway, Sierra is pretty much the same as when you last met her, in the Bone Fortress. It shouldn't be a big problem to defeat her, especially if you use weapons with good range. However, be careful of Vadise's attacks in the meantime and try to stay away from the dragon. Its most dangerous attacks are only two, one of which can put you to sleep. After you KO Sierra, defeating Vadise will be easy, because it never moves from its position. Attacking Vadise from close range, its only attack to fear is its tail swipe, which can push you backwards.
After beating Vadise, the dragon will ask you to chase Larc and stop him. Then this mission will end.
