After recruiting Larc at the entrance to the Underworld, head to the Bone Fortress, bringing a pet or a golem with you. Make sure you have good equipment, because in this mission you will have to fight a lot. At the entrance, the students will tell you about hearing strange voices, and a Dragon of Knowledge possibly being inside. Go right and a skeletal soldier will appear, pushing you back. This will start officially the mission. Talk to the soldier and it will tell you to leave. Choose to stay to fight it. The soldier is only slightly more dangerous than a common enemy, more of a nuisance than a real threat. You can use whatever weapons you're comfortable with and you should defeat him without any problems in a short time. Once defeated, examine the dragon skull to enter the fortress itself.

Inside, you'll see three little pedestals. Examine one of them and Larc will say it looks like a trap. Suddenly, your companions will be teleported away and you will find yourself alone, with a pedestal missing. On the left there is a chest with a Giant's Horn. Go to the upper left path that opened and follow the path to enter a room with a skull on the floor. Talk to the skull to learn that they are the guardians of the tower and it will open a hidden door. Talk to the skeletal soldier in the next room to have another secret passage open. Inside this room you'll find your pet/golem, and a chest with Demon Meat.

Go back to the room with the skull and take the lower left exit. Proceed right and take the bottom path to see another skull. Talk to it to open a hidden passage, to find another soldier, that will leave. Go back and take the upper path. You’ll be back in the pedestal room. Examine the one on the left to open the door in front of you. Talk to the flame inside, and you con choose which floor to go. Go to the third floor first. You’ll meet Sierra here. No matter what you answer her, you will still have to fight her. Sierra uses short range attacks with knives, so if you use longer range weapon like bows or spears you should have no difficulties in beating her. After the fight, Sierra will vanish. You won't get any loot, but she will drop a key behind. Pick it up. Go to the left and take the Blank Eye from the chest. Take the upper right path to find a Zombie Claw in another chest. Go back in the first room of this floor and proceed to the left to collect a Raven Feather. You can’t go any further for now, so return to the elevator and talk to the flame to reach the Second Floor. The south path, the upper left path and the right path lead to rooms where you will only find enemies and no chests. However, in the top left one you can earn many experience points. Take the lower left path and talk to the s skeleton soldier inside the room. If you have taken the key from Sierra, he will open a secret door for you. Go inside and you will find Larc on the floor. Talk to him to wake him up and he will join jou again. Get the Ash from the chest and go back.

Take the elevator and go to the First Floor. Now that there are three of you, you can activate the three pedestals. Take the elevator back to the third floor and head left. This time go up the stairs and get ready to fight. In fact, you will have to face three boss fight one after the other to complete this quest.

The first will be with the Deathbringer. Like many bosses, the Deathbringer has some minor attacks that should not bother you and a couple of powerful attacks that can damage you heavily, but which you can easily predict, because the boss will start flashing before executing them. You therefore have all the time you need to get away. On the left side of the screen you will still be safe from almost all of its attacks, so you can stay here and attack it from a safe distance with a bow. After beating it, collect your experience and Lucre, then proceed the right to find the real boss of this mission.

Jajara will fall from above to fight you. You will have to defeat it twice to finally kill it. In its first form it is quite easy to defeat. Just pay attention to its plasma breath and you shouldn't have much trouble winning the fight. After winning, Jajara will transform into a skeletal flying creature. In this form it is definitely more fearsome, but if you pay attention to its attacks you shouldn't encounter any major problems this time either. Carefully avoid its laser, which can fire behind it. When it starts flashing, it will use an attack that causes objects to fall from above. However, considering that you will have the help of Larc and a pet/golem, you should be able to finish the fight in a fairly short time.

After the fight, Larc will go to the next room, to find a much bigger Mana Crystal. You will also have the option to ask him more information about Mana or Drakonis. After that, you will get your reward and the mission will end.
