The starting point of the game, Morshu's Shop is also located in Goronu. Keep killing enemies for rubies. Exit and come back to kill the respawned enemies for even more rubies. Repeat the process and when you have enough rubies, head to Morshu's Shop to stock up on items (Bombs, Ropes, Lamp Oils) because they're going to be needed later on. After you get used to the controls and have enough items, exit to the map and go to Nortinka, your next destination.
