This level is mirrored depending on which exit you took in Stage 12. There is a cutscene at the end of the level, but to get there, you must have come from the left exit in Stage 12. As with Stage 11A, you must thoroughly explore the level to get the cutscene, and whether or not you get the cutscene will affect the ending.
