Manhunt/Fuelled by Hate

From StrategyWiki, the video game walkthrough and strategy guide wiki

Scene start[edit | edit source]

In the first section, there are three targets that are wandering among the crates. There are plenty of shadows both within the containers and between them. The first target is generally isolated, while the other two may be harder to separate.

The gate to the next area opens when all three targets are knocked out.

Fusebox[edit | edit source]

As described in the scene, the bigot is hiding from the action and watching TV. Smash the blinking fuse box and hide. When he opens the gate, you can sneak up on him and take him out.

Save point - crane[edit | edit source]

You will reach a crane, but you can't use it because it needs fuel. There are also painkillers here, but you should avoid them as they're likely needed when the crane gets attacked. The region ahead has some dark areas, but are easily reached if you're quick. The area is also maze-like, allowing you to shake off pursuit.

From the save point, head to the right and turn into the dark tunnel. You can strike a wall to check if there's anyone nearby, and execute those that approach. Continue to the right, and you should be able to reach a path that leads to the back entrance to the hanger. Enter the hanger and collect the fuel can - if you need health, there are painkillers hidden behind one of the trucks.

Save point - fuel can[edit | edit source]

After getting the fuel can and trying to leave, additional enemies will approach the gate. If you want to avoid them, exit by the back entrance. You may still encounter some of the enemies, but you'll generally avoid them.

There is also an enemy near the crane - make a noise in a darkened area to attract him, and execute him as he turns away. You may also want to confirm that there's no nearby enemies before fueling the crane, as the melee attackers can be a problem should they approach.

With the gas can, fuel the crane and enter it. Pick up the refrigerator, and drop it on the approaching enemies that use nailguns. When all enemies are eliminated, exit and head to the opened area.

Two enemies attack when you enter the building. You need to evade them then eliminate them when they lose track of you. Enter the underground tunnel to reach the save point.

Save point - junk yard[edit | edit source]

After going through the tunnel, turn right and collect the nailgun ammunition. Head to the stairs on the left of the area, and climb to the top. Use the nailgun on the first enemy.

The other part of the junkyard is going to be difficult, but there are three painkillers - one down the stairs and behind the trailer, one underneath the ramp, and one in the trailer within the junkyard.

After going down the ramp, you will need to execute four enemies that are on patrol. Isolating one may be difficult, and shadows are a bit confusing (but can be found in one corner, and between the stacks of crates.) You can also kick around the blue canisters, and try setting up improvised explosive traps when enemies walk near them. If you get detected, try zig-zagging between the crates, and especially move against the hanging I-beams to confuse or slow down the enemies.

Second crane and exit[edit | edit source]

After the four targets are eliminated, proceed through the open gate and enter the crane. Move the fridge, and knock down the enemies as they approach. Exit the crane when they stop the approach.

The staris leads you back to where you entered the junkyard. Turn left, and see the exit has been opened, but is guarded by one enemy with a nailgun. Fire first, and walk through the gate.
