MapleStory/Magnus

Magnus is a boss in Helisium. It has 3 modes: Easy, normal and hard.

Pre-requisites

Easy Magnus

• Clear Magnus Simulator quest.
• Level 115 or higher
• Max 1 clear daily (shared limit with Normal mode)

Normal Magnus

• Clear the whole storyline of Pantheon and Heliseum.
• Level 155 and above
• Max 1 clear daily (shared limit with Easy mode)
• 30 minute re-entry cooldown.

Hard Magnus

• Clear the whole storyline of Pantheon and Heliseum.
• Level 175 and above
• Max 1 clear weekly (resets at Thursday 12am, can be reset again using Kritias Boss Reset Tickets once weekly)
• 30 minute re-entry cooldown.

Overall Stats

Easy

• Level: 110
• 400,000,000 HP (400 Million HP)
• Resistant to all elements, including Physical
• 50% DEF
• EXP: 1,200,000 (1.2 Million)
• 5 death count
• 30 minute time limit
• Clear limit: Once per day

Note: All attacks deals damage based on a percent of your HP (except for Rush skill in Easy mode).

Speed and spawn rate of the bombs increases based on conditions.

  • Increases to 5x when you use up all 20 death counts.

  • Full damage dealt inside, half damage dealt outside
  • Full potion efficiency inside, half potion efficiency outside.
  • 5% damage per 2 second outside.
  • Zone range
    • Reduces by 15% when Magnus' HP drops to 75%
    • Reduces by 30% when Magnus' HP drops to 50%
