The Robot Museum was already featured in Mega Man 7, as an intermission stage.

Item Walkthrough

If you're looking for a specific CD, sort the table by CD or by character. If you want to sort it back by stage progression, sort it by Walkthrough.

Three Compact-Discs are hidden in this stage, but Mega Man will be able to get them only after most of the Robot Masters have been defeated.

It's not apparent, but there's a map of the stage on the starting screen. It shows the stage name and its five areas: entrance (yellow), fire (pink), water (blue), wind (green with stripes), boss room (yellow with green dot). All areas are connected by yellow corridors.

This portion of the stage is inspired to Fire Man's stage from Mega Man 1.
92 MMB CD092 MM.png 3. Water area
This portion of the stage is inspired to Blizzard Man's stage from Mega Man 6 and Neptune's stage from Mega Man World 5. Mega Man can get a CD using Rush Search & CD finder: it's Tango from Mega Man World 5, indeed.
100 MMB CD100 MM.png 4. Corridor
These corridors connect all the main areas of the stage. These portions of the stage are inspired to Metal Man's stage from Mega Man 2.
In this one, Mega Man can get a CD using Rush Search & CD finder. Note that the Mole robots won't appear straight above or below Mega Man; therefore, let Mega Man stand exactly on the CD spot, move aside, summon Rush and move back so to superimpose to Rush.
26 MMB CD026 MM.png 5. Wind area
This portion of the stage is inspired to Toad Man's stage from Mega Man 4. The Monopellans (propeller enemies) are especially difficult to dodge. Stand on the edge of a platform and shoot them when they're barely visible.

BOSS: Green Devil

MMB boss00.png

This boss is the 5th incarnation of the Yellow Devil, and it's actually a downgraded version of the Green Devil met in the final stages of Mega Man 8.

Shoot the Green Devil's body until the core is out, then shoot the core itself.
