Roll's transceiver

SNES version GBA port
  • The orange balloons will pop if you stand on them for too long!
  • The green balloons won't pop up when you stand on them.
  • If you destroy the pipes you'll be hit by strong winds.
  • Try using special weapons on the Oni robots to see what works best!
  • (This is a weird stage, filled with Tengus and Onis!)
  • The orange balloons will burst.
  • The green balloons won't break.
  • Destroy the pipe and a strong wind blows out...
  • Use your Special Weapons to proceed...
  • (What is a Tengu anyway?)
  • Tengu Man is a master of the skies. Weapons with a large area of effect work well.
  • Use a wide range Special Weapon.
  • There appear to be... hmm... 13 Compact-Discs left here. Work hard to find them!

ROBOT MASTER: Tengu Man

MMB DWno57 TenguMan.png

Tengu Man is weak against Ground Man's Spread Drill.

Tengu Man stays mostly at the top of the screen. Hit it easily when he stops and comes down for an attack.

  • Tornado Hold: Tengu Man stops and comes down to the middle of the screen; he throws a green tool that creates a tornado and tries to drag you into a bottomless pit; just keep jumping to avoid it.
  • Tengu Blade: Tengu Man stops and comes down to the floor of the screen; he charges up and performs the attack; hit him with a Spread Drill before he does.
  • Lash: Tengu Man quickly lashes across the lower part of the screen, trying to hit you; you can either jump over him, or stop him with a Spread Drill (this attack is reminiscent of Storm Eagle from Mega Man X1).
