Energy Saver
Collect the four Energy Crystals, and Dr. Light will make the Energy Saver out of them.
- Pluto Crystal: requires Deep Digger
- Uranus Crystal: requires Break Dash
- Jupiter Crystal: requires Deep Digger or MH Powerup
- Saturn Crystal: requires Deep Digger or Break Dash
Mega Arm accelerator
Get four Game Overs in a row in the same stage, and Dr. Light will upgrade the Mega Arm. You can get a second upgrade if you get four more Game Overs. These two upgrades are not saved in the password.
