This stage is divided in four parts. At the end of each part is a boss. The final boss is the Teleport System, actually a rematch with eight previous bosses.

Enkā's sub-stage

At the fork, jump in the pit instead of breaking the wall. On the lower path you'll meet Eddie and find a large W-capsule; on the upper path there is nothing.

Sub-boss: Enkā can only be damaged by the Mega Arm.

  • Trivia: Enkā (エンカー) is a Japanese music genre. It was erroneously translitterated as "Enker" in the USA. Remember that all Mega Man games are made in Japan.

Quintet's sub-stage

At the very beginning, use the Rush Jet to get to the opposite side of the pit: this way, you can access a room with Protoman. Leave that room and jump all the way to the right: you will reach a room with an Extra Life.

Sub-boss: Quintet is weak against Mars' Photon Missile.

Punk's sub-stage

At the fork, break the wall instead of digging down. On the upper path there are a E-tank and a large E-capsule; on the lower path you can grab only one item.

Sub-boss: Punk is weak against Neptune's Salt Water.

Ballade's sub-stage

The most linear sub-stage: there is actually nothing to note.

Sub-boss: Ballade is weak against Venus' Bubble Bomb.

Final sub-stage

At the very beginning, use the Rush Jet to get to the opposite side of the pit: this way, you can access a room with a large E-capsule. Leave that room and jump all the way to the opposite side for another E-capsule. Once more, leave and jump to the opposite side: you'll meet Protoman.
