Gameplay[edit]

Dressed in green, blue, red and yellow tunics, the player(s) must defeat all enemies in their way. As hearts are shared between players, they must protect each other and work as a team to progress, with the archer providing support to the swordsmen.

Swordplay is similar to The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword or the Swordplay minigame's Showdown mode in Wii Sports Resort, as the swordsmen must be mindful of the direction of their swings, for enemies can block their strikes, briefly stunning them and opening them to attack. However, the swordsmen can do the same by raising their shields to block enemy attacks.

Stages[edit]

There are two different modes to play in this game: Quest and Time Attack.

Quest[edit]

For more information, see Quest.

In this mode, players fight their way through a series of stages to reach the Triforce at the end of each level. If the player(s) takes no damage in a stage, the stage is marked as Mastered.

Time Attack[edit]

For more information, see Time Attack.

The goal of this single-player archer mode is simple: to defeat 25 enemies as quickly as possible. There are three difficulty levels, each unlocked by beating the previous difficulty: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
