This bonus stage begins with Octodad and Scarlet at the entrance of a restaurant. Approach the host, who claims that he cannot find Octodad's reservation. Shake out the jackets on nearby coat racks until you find one that drops wads of cash. Pick up one of the bundles of cash and bring it to the host, who will accept the bribe and lead the couple to their table. Pull out the chair opposite Scarlet and swing one of Octodad's legs over it to sit down. Pick up the menu to look it over, and then swing an arm in the air to call a waiter over. "Actual casual" by simply waiting for the next objective to pop up: drink some water. Pick up the glass on Octodad's side of the table and bring it up to Octodad's face to "drink;" don't worry about spilling, as even turning the glass over will not create a mess.
When the waiter brings over wine glasses (filled with juice), you must lift up Octodad's glass so that it touches Scarlet's, causing them to "clink." If you can't reach Scarlet's glass by simply reaching, try swinging Octodad's arm back and then toward it; the force of the swing should give you enough reach (again, don't worry about spilling). You are then given an objective to drink the juice, which Octodad will inevitably fail by spilling the juice all over himself. This is your cue to exit to the bathroom. Walk through the door opposite the kitchen to enter the bathroom. Grab the levers on either side of the sink's faucet to get cleaned up. You can now attempt to make your way back to Scarlet, but as you exit the bathroom, you will be beckoned to the kitchen.
Climb the range hood over the stove to find a tie (1/3). Mix the sauce by swinging the ladle around the pot to be presented with a new objective, but before working on that, feel around the inside of the pot to find another tie (2/3). Proceed to the bucket in the corner of the room and place the empty jug beneath the faucet in front of the bucket. Step on the grapes in the bucket to start making juice. Keep stepping until the jug is filled, and take the jug back to Scarlet's table, where you can refill the wine glasses with juice. Sit back down at the table and the waiter will walk over some butter and bread.
Use the knife on the butter, then the bread to smear it on. Eat the bread and the waiters will once again call Octodad to work. Take the menus off of the couple's table after listening to their orders (you can simply toss the menus on the floor) and proceed to the next table, where you can pick up a pepper mill and shake it over the customers' salads until they're satisfied. The next objective requires Octodad to serve a "fancy dessert platter." Roll the trolley with the covered platter to the table at the end of the restaurant, where a family is raising their hands in request of it. Uncover the platter and place the cake onto the plate in the center of the table, after which it will automatically be cut for the three customers.
Octodad can sit back down at Scarlet's table to eat the appetizers, but afterward, it's back to the kitchen. Follow the onscreen instructions until you can finally deliver the pizza to the couple that ordered it, after which you can sit down with Scarlet again. You must now eat some salad, which you can only do with a fork. After eating enough salad, you must clear off some tables. After clearing the table to the left of Scarlet, look underneath it; attached to the table's main support is a tie (3/3). After cleaning up the kitchen, you can bring dessert to Scarlet to conclude the stage.
