Minions[edit]

Minions are short, demonic creatures that offer their lives in the service of the Overlord. They are the primary offensive and defensive power in the game. Minions can be commanded to attack enemies, break open chests and retrieve loot, and interact with objects such as carrying parts for the tower, turning wenches, or carrying explosives. Many objects require more than one minion to successfully interact with it. Some objects will be carried faster, turned more quickly, or destroyed faster if more minions are assigned to it.

There are four types of minions: brown, red, green, and blue. Each has a specialization.

Brown[edit]

You start the game with the Brown Minion hive. You have no souls to summon minions. Once you start harvesting them from sheep, you can begin summoning them.

Brown minions are the default go to minion for sacrificing, attacking at the front-line via melee attacks, and carrying objects. They are the best at equipping weapons dropped by defeated enemies.

Red[edit]

Red minions have a ranged fireball attack. They are very weak and will die in just a hit or two from an enemy, so keep them back! They are best used by moving to a location and forcing them to stay with a control point (Y button).

Red minions' specialty is being able to safely move through fire and disable/break fire traps.

Green[edit]

Green minions are melee units. They have a special backstab attack if they latch on from the back. Backstab deals double damage.

Green minions' specialty is being able to safely move through poison gas and disable/break poison traps.

Blue[edit]

Blue minions are magical units. They are the only ones that can attack elves.

Blue minions' specialty is being able to safely move through water. Other minions will drown if they stay in water for more than ~2 seconds.
