When you first arrive here Barry is trying to stop Commander Jupiter from capturing Uxie. He fails and Jupiter's tells him to give up on his dream to become the Pokémon Champion. She then comes to you and remembers you from Eterna City then she tells you something big is happening at the Team Galactic HQ in Veilstone City and that you shouldn't interfere with their plans then she walks off. Barry then says he needs to get stronger not because of just losing or winning sakes and he leaves as well.

There isn't much to do here yet besides surfing to the northeast corner and picking up TM14 Blizzard. In the middle of the lake is the cavern where Uxie stays once its released from Team Galactic.

Side quests w/Rock Climb

You can back track to fight some trainers and collect some items that you passed in your journey since you couldn't use HM08 Rock Climb yet. Here are the spots you can go to:

Route 213

Fly to Pastoria City and head east onto Route 213. There is a climbable wall before the water. Here you can find TM05 Roar and to the north of that is a hidden Max Revive. Go through the reception building of Hotel Grand Lake and go both stairs and take your first right. You will see climable rocks to the south and take all of the to the south and there is a Protein.

Hotel Grand Lake

Continuing from the Protein climb up the wall to the north and go inside the building. Inside the trash can is a Max Revive and the man will give you the Coin Toss Pokétch app. Climb the wall to the east then north and at the top in the wall is a hidden Rare Candy. Go to the northwest corner and find the climbable wall to go north. Follow the path and keep climbing all the walls and at the end is TM85 Dream Eater

Route 210

Fly to Celestic Town and go east onto Route 210. Go east crossing all the bridges and right after the last bridge is a climbable wall. Go down it then go up the next one to find Dragon Tamer Patrick. Go down the stairs to the west and there is a hidden Nugget. Go east and into the house

Grandma Wilma

Granda Wilma is a move tutor who will teach your Dragon-type Pokémon the move Draco Meteor if it has max friendship. This move is the best Dragon-type move in the game so it's recommended to pick it up

Route 211 east

Fly back to Celestic Town and exit to the west to go onto Route 211. Go onto the cliff on the north side and go west until you see the the climbable rocks behind breakable rocks. Climb up and immediately to your right is a hidden Zinc. To the west is TM29 Pyschic.

Route 216

Go west into Mt. Coronet and go through it to get to Route 216. Near the west end of Route 216 is a climbable wall. Climb up it then walk east to find Black Belt Philip. Continue and you will see Skiers Bradley and Kaitlyn. Keep walking east and you will find a Mental Herb. Continue east and you will see a HP Up and Skier Andrea. Continue east and you will find TM13 Ice Beam.

When you are done here head to Veilstone City to prepare for taking down Team Galactic once and for all.
