Map of the planet Junon

Junon is the first planet that the player arrives at. It's mostly a bright and cheerful place, but once the player ventures deeper, monsters get more savage and dangerous.

Birth Island

Southern part of Birth Island.

This is the first area that the player starts in upon starting the game. This lush, jungle-filled area with a lake in the centre is swarmed with Jelly Beans, making an ideal spot for visitors to train on. To the south of this island is where Arua's fairies reside, guiding players with information on the game. To leave this area, simply talk to them and select the option "I want to set off in the wide world."

Adventurer Plains

Adventurer Plains is the area that a player arrives in from Birth Island. Again, this place is overpopulated by Jelly Beans along with their stronger brothers. Another two kinds of monsters found here are the grub-like monsters called Choropys and the flower monsters called Flanae. From here, players can travel north to Valley of Luxem Tower or south to the Goblin Caves.

Valley of Luxem Tower

Valley of Luxem tower is an area that can be reached by travelling north from Adventurer Plains. It consists of mostly level 9–20 monsters. This area consists of pumpkin-like monsters, bees and ant-like humanoids called Pornics.

This area is a desert plain area with a few honeycombs seen jutting from mountain to mountain. To the north west of the map is a stone-like hill with a tower structure built on top, hence the valley's name. To the north of this area is the first major town, Zant.

Breezy Hills

Breezy Hills in the daytime.

Breezy Hills is another brightly cheerful place similar to Adventurer Plains with the exception of stronger monsters. It can be reached either going east from Valley of Luxem Tower or from Canyon City of Zant.

Stronger versions of the prevously encountered Flanaes can be found here along with stronger Pornics, Beetles, snail-like monsters called Dalpings and Rackies stronger and more intelligent enough to wield melee weapons and bows.

Canyon City of Zant

The outskirts of the city.

The Canyon City of Zant serves as the first major town accessed by lower levels. Here, weapons and armors up to level 30 can be bought along with first job skillbooks.

A visitor may also start the first job advancement quest here by talking to Warren (see the job guides for more information). Aside from the town itself, monsters roam outside ranging from Honey Bees to dog-like creatures wearing chef hats and aprons called Woopies. Even more dangerous than them, is the aggressive miniboss that spawns outside town called the Woopie King, which poses a threat to lower level players.

El Verloon Desert

El Verloon Desert.

El Verloon Desert, as its name states, is a desert area accessed either from heading north from Zant or heading north from Breezy Hills.

It is necessary to pass through here to reach the capital city of Junon Polis. This one big desert is full of nasty mobs from Honey Bees to fishmen-like monsters known as Aquas. Rackies like before become more ferocious and aggressive than seen in Breezy Hills. Players should be cautious when passing through this area.

Anima Lake

Anima Lake.

Reachable from the northeastern corner of El Verloon Desert, Anima Lake is a lakeside area teeming with averagely strong monsters, especially Aquas. Stronger versions of Porkies can also be seen here. Two new kinds of monsters are also introduced; one being Mouldy, a mole humanoid and Smouldy, a walking tree. If the player heads south from here, they can reach the capital city of Junon Polis.

Junon Polis

Junon Polis.

Junon Polis is the capital city of Junon, accessible by heading south from Anima Lake. This is a place where high level armor can be purchased as well as carts which can be used for swift transportation. Here you may travel to other planets via ships. Junon Polis is also a place where players tend to hang around and sell their goods.

Forest of Wisdom

Forest of Wisdom.

Forest of Wisdom is the next area accessible by travelling northeast of Anima Lake. Like the previous few areas, it contains mostly Porkies, Mouldys and Smouldys. Alongside these monsters are the stronger version of Porkies called Grunters, who often wield armor and battle axes. Smouldys here are stronger and more aggressive than the ones found in Anima Lake. Two minibosses also feature in this area, the Grunty King and Guardian Tree who both pose a threat to wandering travellers.

Kenji Beach

Kenji Beach in the daytime.

Kenji Beach, as its name states, is a beach area accessible from Forest of Wisdom. It is one of the strongest areas in Junon, populated with gorilla monsters called Doongas, crocodile humanoids called Kaimans and lobsters called Krawfys. This area holds a few minibosses, with the Krawfy King necessary to kill in order to advance to second job for level 70 players.

Monsters
  • Doonga
  • Kaiman
  • Krawfy

Gorge of Silence

Gorge of Silence.

Accessible from northeast Kenji Beach, Gorge of Silence is the strongest area in terms of monsters. Overrun by aggressive Doongas and Golems alongside with the Worm Dragons, it is deadly to wandering low level players. However, like Kenji Beach, it also tends to be one of the most populated areas, since it is a good training spot for high levels.

Goblin Caves

Goblin Caves is one of the weakest dungeon areas accessible via south of Adventurer Plains. Not surprisingly, because this area is so close to a low level area despite the dungeon monsters being level 45+, most new players tend to wander in and get killed here. This place is a great training spot for level 40+ players.

Goblin Caves is separated into 3 levels.

Goblin Cave B1

This is the first level players come across upon entering from Adventurer Plains. The start area is infested with Goblin Jars along with Bats and if one ventures deeper, they will encounter the goblin workers. These areas are frequently populated by high level players hunting Goblin Coal Mine Workers for an important quest. From here, there are five exits, with one leading back to Adventurer Plains, two leading down to the basement second floor and two areas are currently unreleased.

Goblin Cave B2

The second level consists of more goblin monsters, but they are slightly stronger than their weaker brethren in B1. In addition to Goblin Gold Miners and servers, Goblin Guards, Warriors, Mages and Leader also spawn here, making it a real challenge for players. The elder version of the bloodbats also tend to aggressively attack passers-by. This area is even more populated than B1 due to the fact some of these goblins here are hunted for the second job advancement quest.

Goblin Cave B3

Goblin Cave B3 is obviously the strongest level where the elite guards, warriors and mages reside. The Junons Goblin boss also spawns here. This place serves as one of the main training grounds for level 70-100 players, as the ever rare essences and other rare materials can be farmed here.

Desert of the Dead

This section of the game is one of the few places where characters are allowed to battle one another instead of just the monsters.

The monsters in this area consist of Giant pumpkins, much like the ones located in Valley of Luxem except much more powerful, Pomic Ghosts, much like the pumpkin ghosts these are high level pomics. Antares which are massive ants/scorpion-like creatures and finally Scavengers which look like dinosaurs.
