Sanctum is an indie FPS and tower defense hybrid developed and published by Coffee Stain Studios via Steam. It was first released on April 15, 2011.
The game consists of the protagonist, Skye, protecting cores from waves of creatures called lumes by building mazes, placing towers, and shooting them herself.
