Drive the truck to Marina Storehouse in Downtown. Once you hit the freeway, you'll be attacked by rival gangs. If the decoy truck is still with you, then it'll help you out, but it's nothing you can't handle and you'll get to the storehouse without too much hassle.
Once you unload, call a fast vehicle and head towards Little Havana. Don't forget there's a ramp you can use to jump the canal for a shortcut. It says go back, but in a little while it'll tell you the other truck is being attacked. Get to Maribel as fast as you can and don't let your henchman in the car when he brings it to you, as he might stop Maribel from getting in the truck. Don't defend the truck as instructed, just get in the truck, wait for Maribel to get in too, and drive off. Once you've gotten away, you'll be followed by a couple of cars. This can be quite a problem if the van takes too much damage, so shoot back and repair the van on the way to the storehouse. Don't forget you can take the shortcut through the Oakley Drive-In which is usually faster than just going through the main gate. Once you've reached Havana Storehouse, you're done for the day and you've got yourself two storehouses full of drugs (each truck unloads 15 keys).
