For this mission, head to the roof of the F.E.A.S.T. center and press 
near the bag on the roof to change into Peter Parker. Once inside the building, head up the stairs to the left. You can speak to Gloria here before making your way across the walkway to the right, into May's office. You can examine some of the items in her office, but press near the couch to trigger a scene. Exit the office to speak with MJ on your way to the building's exit. This concludes the short mission. Spider-Man is given a lengthy break before the next mission, so take the time to hunt for collectibles and stop crime around the city.
At this point, two more Side Missions should also be unlocked: Helping Howard in Chinatown and Internet Famous in Harlem.
