There are two paths north, one at the west end of the Sandral grounds and the other at the east end, which lead to the respective ends of the Grove. To the south of the west path north is the Sandral Estate.
Opposite the east path north are two horn kath hounds and a kath hound on the west side of some stones:
After speaking to Elise back in the courtyard of the Jedi enclave, you find her droid C8-42 being attacked by two kath hounds by a standing stone against the north wall between the path north and the cave entrance on the east side of the Sandral grounds. They can't kill it, but you can't speak to it until you've killed them:
C8-42: Thank you for saving me, master Jedi. I am C8-42, a personal assistance droid.

The Sandral estate is to the south of the west Path North, or it can be approached from the east end by continuing west past the Mandalorian Raiders. A horn kath hound wanders the north of the plain beyond:
Another appears if you leave then return to the area. To the southeast is a lone standing stone around which are gathered an albino kath hound and three kath hounds:
Its high natural Force Resistance means a level < 12 Jedi has no chance of breaching it, and even a level 20 Jedi's Force powers will only breach it 45% of the time. Once it's taken damage it regenerates 1 Vitality every 6 seconds.
To the northwest is a bridge across the river marking the east boundary of the Sandral estate, with a waterfall down to the south.
The estate has doors in its north and east walls, both of which are locked and impossible to open at this time.
