Extension:DynamicPageList is giving error messages in the guide completion categories:
Extension:DynamicPageList (DPL), version 3.0.3:
Error: Too many categories! Maximum: 4.
Help: increase $dplSettings['maxCategoryCount'] to specify more categories or set $dplSettings['allowUnlimitedCategories'] = true; for no limitation. (Set the variable in the wiki's LocalSettings.php configuration file.)
Also, there's a newer version of the extension that gives a slightly different variable name. Might as well set both versions of the variable in case you also want to update to a newer version. --Sigma 7 (talk) 00:41, 12 October 2015 (UTC)

I'd simply double the limit, as the same error message appears on some other wikis that already bumped into the limit as well. After that, I don't see any common use where you'd need that many categories. --Sigma 7 (talk) 04:24, 12 October 2015 (UTC)

It didn't seem to register the change (it still thinks the maximum is 4), but I managed to get a workaround by adjusting how the report is generated. --Sigma 7 (talk) 03:03, 13 October 2015 (UTC)
