SF3 Remy.gif

Remy is a clear alternative take on a Guile or Charlie style of character. He has many of their signature moves, such as a Sonic Boom like move which he can throw high or low, and a Somersault Kick like move. Remy is a long-haired fighter wearing a leather jacket emblazoned with an omega. All of Remy's moves have a combination of French and Japanese moves. He is a Frenchman from Paris who prefers to set his fights in urban locales, such as his stage at a cyberpunk-themed nightclub in Paris’s historical quarters.

Remy has a deep seated hatred for all fighters due to the fact that his father abandoned him and his sister in order to pursue the art of a true warrior. Shortly after he left, his sister fell ill with a crippling disease that brought her to the brink of death. With no other way to save her, Remy froze her body in a block of ice, and hid her in an underwater alcove to be preserved. Out of options, he joins the tournament with the hopes that he could best Gill and force the Illuminati to restore his sister's health. However, after all of the battling that he does, he finally makes peace with the idea of letting his sister go.

Counters[edit]

Remy's special moves are very easily parried, as a result he is a low tier character. A way to use Remy effectively is to try to use poke moves and Tsumetaku Aoi Regret to surprise one's opponent. One must also remember to constantly charge a move while defending so that the opponent misjudges when a charge move will occur, therefore surprising the opponent with a Vertu no Zankou or a Ma Cherie no Hiai.

Personal Action[edit]

When you perform Remy's personal action (Arcade-Button-HPunch.png+Arcade-Button-HKick.png), all of his attacks do more stun damage. You can taunt more than once to increase the amount of stun damage you do (after four taunts, you won't earn any more damage).
