Warehouse

Lantern

The Lantern will help you to show you the possible position to solve the Puzzle in each Warehouse. The Problem is that the Lantern is found very late in the game in the Tower of Druaga. By the time you got the Lantern, then you have already passed all the Warehouses in the Game. You can also get all Treasures without the need of the Lantern.

In Warehouses in each Port are some crates and if you move it to another position, then you can grab a Treasure. Most Puzzles have one unique Treasure and after it's grabbed, then a random item will be there if you solve the Puzzle again. The Random Items are listed left in the table. If you have already 15 of a random item, then the Chest will be empty.

You don't need to worry about the time limit in the most of the Warehouses. It will matters only in Frostheim where you can grab 2 unique Treasures if you beat it. Each Warehouse have at last 2 different Puzzles.

Arena

Buying Ticket.

Stahn fight alone while the others cheers him on.

The Arena is located in Neuestadt in northern Part of the city. You need to buy Ticket first before you can enter the Arena. One for every Party Members for 100 Gald. With the Tickets in hand you can now enter the Arena yourself. Talk with the Officer to start the Fight. You, Stahn Aileron, will fight alone against 8 Enemies plus one optional Fight against Bruiser Khang if he isn't in your Party.

Phase 1

Once you come back from defeating Bastista on the Pirate Ship, the Arena will finally be open to you where Leon stopped you visiting it before. It will be over once you go on one-way Trip to Aquaveil. At the early state of the game you'll probably be too weak to defeat Bruiser Khang so buy 15 Energy Bullets and use it all up in the fight against Bruiser Khang. Once you win the 9. Fight, then you can recruit Bruiser Khang in your Party (though he will leave the Party when you go to the Harbor and talk with Ilene) and don't need to fight him anymore.

The most Items here are quite common except for Beef Tartar which is rare and won't show up elsewhere in the game! Most enemies here can poison you so you better equip a Antidote Charm to protect yourself from it. After your 5. Victory the Prizes will be repeating endless.

Phase 2

Once you've received the Horn from Raiker in Radisrol, the Arena in Neuestadt will reopen with stronger Enemies and new Prizes for you to grab. Be sure to use a Weapon with a elemental attribute (like Dymlos), since the Blood Slime is invulnerable to non-elemental weapons. You should go for Flare Sword and Swirling Flame since it's limited. Everthing else is optional which you may grab as well.

Phase 3

This last Phase will be open once you've defeated Hugo in Belcrant. Once again you should use a different Weapon than Dymlos, because Wybern can absorb Fire Damages. You may wish to obtain the Silver Cape here because it's a limited item. You may also get the maximum numbers of Oberol Gold though you can also steal it from Hellmaster in Dycroft. Everything else can be gotten in Tower of Druaga unlimited.

Ghost Hunt

Touch one Ghost after another.

Once you've beaten the Arena 3 five times, you can partake in a different challenge besides the Arena. In this new game you have to hunt down Ghosts. if you manages to touch 30 Ghosts in a certain Timelimit, then you can win a Mystic Symbol, but only once.

Anytimes you win the Ghost Hunt after that, you'll receive a Antidote Charm.

Mach Boy

Starting Race.

Mach Boy can't outrun Stahn.

In Northeastern Part of the city is the Mach Boy with whom you can race around in the city. The Course is set by the red arrows painted on the Ground. The Race contain of 2 rounds and start in Northeast gen West, South, East and North to the Goalline (which is also the startline) and repeat it once more to complete the Race.

If you take advantage of your running style (for example not to run wide around corner), then you can easily outrun him. Another Point is that Mach Boy cannot run around you if you are directly ahead him. Also watch out by the stairs before the goalline that is where Mach Boy will get a speed up while running up the stairs. You can easily prevent that by running directly ahead of him.

If you managed to win against him (which shouldn't too hard if you practice a bit beforehand and don't make mistakes while running, then you can pick one of three items. If you win three times against him, then he will give up and give you the title of fastest runner. You can't race against Mach Boy anymore. If possible you should choose Thief's Cape three times, because it's a limited item unlike the other 2 items, which can be gotten unlimited later in game.

Phase 2

Glitch

There is a Glitch for the Race. It work like this: Once you enter the city of Harmentz your Win-Count for the Race will be reset and you can race Mach Boy again for 3 more Treasure. This can be done as many times you want to get unlimited supplies of Elixir, Charm Bottle and Gnome.

Once you've returned in Lienea after defeating Lydon in Heidelberg, you can race with Mach Boy again. He has learned some new technique, so he will run faster than usual at certain Point on the Course, but other than that it's the same as before.

Naval Battle

Space Invaders Clon!

If you've ever played Space Invaders, then you recognize this game. At the begin you have the Main Ship and 2 Reinforcement Ships. The Goal is to avoid the fire of the enemy and destroy Ships and Monsters. With you can move around and and lets you shoot while call the reinforcements which you should avoid.

The Green Bar at bottom-left show the HP of your Main Ship. Once your ship is hit, then the Bar will decrease and Smoke will come out of your ship. If the Bar is empty, then your Ship will sink and it mean game over for you. It's the same for your 2 other Ships, except their Bar won't be visible, so your only way of knowing how much they have left is by counting how much Smokes is coming out.

If you call the reinforcements, then you will win automatically, but you get the Seaman Rank and get a measly Green Gel for the victory. Once in a while a Bonus Ship will pop up either from left or right. If you destroy it, then it will drop a Green Jewel, which once collected by one of your ships, net you Double Shot which lets you shot double. The Bonus can be collected once per ships, after that it only give you Points.

You get Points depends on your action. The best way to collect many points is to take down the Bonus Ships fast and collect every Green Jewel.

Phandaria

You can start this game after you've beaten Tiberius in Terazzi Castle. This Event is one time only, so you can't replay it after you've finished it. The Bonus Ships won't drop the Mines here and the Game will be over once all Pirate Ships and Monsters are destroyed, but if you want one of the rare stuff like Strong Halberd or the Force Ring, then you should leave one Ship alive and hunt every Bonus Ships that come across as well collect every Green Jewel. This way you get many Points. It's not hard but can be very tedious as you may play for many hours until you've collected enough Points to get a certain Prize.

All Prizes under 20,000 Points can be gotten easily in other Areas, but the 2 last Prizes are rare. There is one Strong Halberd later in Darilsheid Castle after conquering Heidelberg Castle and there is one Force Ring in Dycroft at the end of the game. So the Choice which one you want is up to you.

Moreau

Another game to play in Moreau.

Once you've defeated Hugo in Belcrant, any games and sidequests will be open to you. To play this game, you need to seek out Najadee in Moreau where Karyl Sheeden. Yo can replay it anytimes with a merely 100 Gald. The rules is mostly the same as before with some exception. You can't call for Reinforcements this time and the game won't end with you destroying all enemies. You will just start a new wave of enemies. The game will only end if your Main Ship is destroyed.

All Prizes can be gotten easier elsewhere except for Hourglasses, so you should get the maximum numbers of 15 here and also get the Mystic Symbol which can be gotten only once.

In Cherik you see a Boy by the Well, he will ask you to play Tag. The goal is to run away as long possible from four Children. He will places some hinderance in the city (You can't exit the city or enter a house as long you're playing Tag). At the start 2 girls are following you. In North and South are 1 boy each which will follow you if you come near them.

The best strategy is to stay in the center around the well while walking (not running). This way you won't lose control of him while running and the 2 boys won't come after you together with the 2 girls. Don't talk with the grandson while playing the game or else he will abort the game without giving you a prize, so let you get caught by the Children if you think that enough times has passed to get a Prize you want.

Another strategy is to lure all four Children to the area between the Well and Baruk's House and fast run to the southwestern Part of the city. If you did it right, then the Children won't come after you and you can wait the time off, but once you get the Efreet, then the Tag-Game will be not longer available, so the Efreet is one time only Prize but the other Prizes can be grabbed as many times you want (before you grab the Efreet that is).

Blackjack

You can start this game in Neuestadt after you came home from the battle with Lydon in Heidelberg. Go down the stairs in the Hotel Jun (Inn) and talk with the Dealer by the Table. You have to pay 100 Gald to start the game. The card game resembles blackjack. Each game has up to four rounds. Stahn has to draw one Card in every round.

Every Card has a certain value between 1 and 13. The values of the Cards are added, and the goal is to reach exactly 21 points in four rounds or less. You lose if you go over 21 (just like the card game Blackjack) and if you have less than 21 after four rounds, then you will get your 100 Gald back. You can also quit/stay to abandon the game and in this case you will also get your 100 Gald back.

You can win a Mind Ring the first time and after that it will be always Miracle Gel plus 200 Gald.

If you picked Sky (4) first, then picked Moon (2) and Monkey (2), then you will have a value of 8 Points for the last round. In this case you will have to choose from King, Empress and Death. If you pick the Death Card then the value will be 21 and you win, but if you choose the other 2 cards, then you will have your 100 Gald returned since in both case it will be under 21.

Meeting old Friends from another Game.

Once you've returned home to Lienea after the Victory over Lydon, then Cress Albain and Arche Klein from Tales of Phantasia will be in Armeida. They will give you a Quiz, if solved then give you a Prize depending how much Questions you got right. The first Question before the real Quiz is just a small test for you.

They even give you a hint and there is no timelimit to answer it. After that they give you 50! Questions and you have only 4 seconds to answer each Question. You can abort the Quiz with . After you choose an Answer, Arche Klein give you a Signal if your Answer was right or wrong. If you got 35 Questions or more right then you will receive Sacred Text 2 which allow you to learn the Sacred Skill "Throw Sword" and if you got it all right, then you receive an additional Channeling to Sacred Text 2, but if you have less than 35 right, then you receive nothing. You can repeat the Quiz until you got all 50 Questions right. After that they will not more give you the Quiz.

You can start this game in Moreau after you've defeated Batista in Moreau Castle. Talk with Najasee to start the game. The game is classic. At the begin there are random stones in the pot. You and Najasee need to take away 1-3 stones in turn until one of you have only on stone left. Whoever have the last stone lose. You can't pass the turn and you have to choose 1-3 stones in 3 seconds. The pot will be filled random with 16 until 30 stones.

At the begin the number of the pot will be determined and you have to choose if you want to begin the game or let Najasee begin. If the number is 17, 21, 25 or 28, then let Najasee begin. Otherwise you should begin. Let's assume the initial number of stones is 26. You should pick 1 stone. Najasee will end up with 25 stones. Your next move must depend on what the opponent does: If she picks 2 stones, pick 2 stones as well, but if she picks 3 stones, you should pick 1 stone. And last, if she picks a single stone, be sure to retort by picking 3 stones. The sum of the round of you and Najasee should always be 4. Resume that strategy to let her lose with 1 stone in turn. As a prize you will win a Elixir, but after that Najasee won't play with you anymore.

Mary and Philia enjoys this Gourmet in Darilsheid Castle.

You can only start this sidequest if you got the Food Sack L from Lilith (Stahn's little sister) in Lienea Village earlier in game. Once you've got the Valuable Egg in Cloudius after defeating Baruk, then you can start this sidequest in Lienea. Go to Lilith Aileron, Stahn Aileron's Sister and give her the Egg. She will then try to hatch it. Leave the village and reenter it again 5 times then check on the Egg's Status until the Blue Dragon hatches from the Egg.

This Dragon with the name of Gourmet is hungry and will eat only Gourmet Food and nothing else. They can be cooked from various Ingredients. First start with The Sea's Bounty which can be gotten in Sheeden. You need Bonito, Sea Bass and Vegetables from Neuestadt. Mackerel Pike, Sea Bream and Tune can be found in Moreau or Terazzi. Herring and Smelt is found in Frostheim. You can buy Wormy Apples in Lienea and transform it to Jam which you need. Lastly steal some Mackerel from Orgus in Tidal Cave.

Beast Meat Supreme is cooked in Mary's House which is in Cyril. You only need Beast Meat, Bread and Brie which all can be gotten in Aquaveil. Beast Meat can be dropped from Grizzly and the other 2 can also be buyed in Cyril. The last Ingredient is the Efreet which can be gotten unlimited in Lens Shop near Heidelberg. Cheese can be transformed into Brie.

The third Gourmet is Spicy Prawns and can be cooked in Cherik. Get Crab and Crab Soup in Frostheim and Egg and Prawn in Moreau or Terazzi.

The last Gourmet is in Darilsheid Castle and Queen's Delight contain of many Fruits. The most of it can be bought in Neuestadt and are: Acerola, Apple, Mangosteen, Pineapple, Prune, Strawberry and Sweetee. The other Ingredients are found in Cherik and Cyril. In Cherik you need Banana and Dorian. Blueberry and Melon is bought in Cyril. The last Ingredient needed is the Grape which can be buyed in Lienea.

Once you've gotten all four Gourmet Foods, bring them to the small Blue Dragon in Lienea. He will grow larger and give you the Blue Dragon as a Prize.

West of Heidelberg live a Lens Collector hidden in Forest. You can reach this place only with Draconis. The Lens Collector trades your Lens for items, depending how much Lens you have. If you've more than 100 Lens, then you can choose from 4 different Prizes. You may wan to collect 15 of every Efreet, Gnome, Sylph and Wendiene here. It's not worth to get any Red Herbs since you can just get the green Herbs and change it with Rune Bottle or "Identify" to Red Herbs.

That is not all what yo can do at the Lens Shop. If you bring the Lens Collector Lens and then don't choose a Prize, then he may give you an Prize depending on the amout of Lens you've brought him so far. If you brought him 9,999 Lens at first, then he may skip Reverse Doll and Warrior Symbol and give you only the Mist Orb, so watch out for that. The number of Lens you need to bring him is different from each game. Again only the Lens you bring him but decline to trade for a item will count. Each of these Items are also unique, so if he skip one item, then you can't get it anymore.

This is where the hidden House is. It's east of Moreau.

East of Moreau is a house hidden in Forest. Only with Draconis can you reach this place. Heiroku live there and and love to play Stone-Paper-Rock Game. First you choose the Challenge Level of 1-3. The higher the Challenge the more Money you can win, because Philia Felice will react faster the higher the Challenge is, then you set the amout of Gald you want to bet. Of course the higher the Challenge is, the more Gald you can bet. Whoever win 5 Poinrs is the Winner. To win a Point you first need to throw one of those three:

• Rock (stronger than Scissor, weaker than Paper)
• Scissor (stronger than Paper, weaker than Stone)
• Paper (stronger than Stone, weaker than Scissor)

Whoever win it can then attack the Loser with , while the Loser have to defend with . If the winner manages to hit successful the Loser, then he/she will get a Point and the Stone-Paper-Rock Game will continue until one have 5 Points. How much Gald you get depends how much Losses you got along with 5 Wins. So it's like this:

• 5 Wins and 0 Losses -> Bet + Betx2
• 5 Wins and 1 Loss -> Bet + Bet
• 5 Wins and 2 Losses -> Bet + Bet/2
• 5 Wins and 3 Losses -> Bet + Bet/4
• 5 Wins and 4 Losses -> Bet
• X Wins and 5 Losses -> Lose Bet
