From stage 4 to... stage "4+"
This october I modified heavily the Ultima 3 guide, although it was already at completion stage 4, for a series of reasons.
- Three pages of the guide repeated the same information, written in different ways.
- There was plenty of flavor text, barely copied from the manual; it is pointless for game progression; it would rather belong to the Ultima Codex, not to a walkthrough.
- The plot was completely ignored, all the walkthrough focused on breaking the game; Ultima is a game where the player is supposed to talk to characters and gather clues, therefore a good guide should at least explain where such clues are found.
