Tanjou Debut (誕生 〜Debut〜 Tanjō 〜Debut〜?, lit. "Birth: Debut") is a simulation video game was released for the NEC PC-98 on June 25, 1993 in Japan only, and developed by Headroom and published by NEC Avenue. Sotsugyou Graduation was released in the previous year, the aim is to raise three idols belonging to a weak production to become top stars. The existence of "rivals" that did not appear in "Graduation" is designed to add width to the play.

Story[edit]

The player is a rookie manager of the small entertainment professional "Jackshaw Productions". Jack Show Pro scouts the three remaining Ito, Fujimura, and Tanaka who participated in the newcomer audition, and orders the player who became the manager in charge of the three idol eggs to win the idol award. The three idols who belong to Jack Show Pro and the manager, who have formed a unit, aim to win the Grand Prix of the Idol Grand Prix through two years of lessons and activities, training them within the given budget. In the process, many rival girls from other productions debuted.
