Template for Chrono Trigger/Equipment and items' item lists. Used for all table rows. Simplifies the ID process and unchanged item names.
Parameters match column headers:
- Name
- r: named parameter for the remake name (the name that was changed in the DS version but appears in Android, too).
- Price (in gold): digits.
- Sell value: digits.
- Attack power: digits.
- (required if a has a value) Who can equip it.
- Info: miscellaneous info. Use proper grammar.
