This template produces a colored box based on the crystal type, with the crystal's name and CP cost next to it for the lists on Final Fantasy XIII/Crystarium.

Parameters

1. Type of crystal: Role Level, Ability, Accessory, Technique, ATB Segment, HP, Strength, Magic
2. Name of crystal: i.e. "Role Level 2", "HP +2", etc.
3. CP cost: a number
