Template:Subtoc2

From StrategyWiki, the video game walkthrough and strategy guide wiki

This page has been transcluded from Template:Subtoc2/Documentation.

The subtoc templates (subtoc and subtoc2) are used within Table of Contents pages containing multiple expansions.

Use the {{subtoc|game name}} template on the Table of Contents page for the main game. This is the template for the first subtoc in the page. Under this template, add the content for the table of contents.

Additional subtocs should go below the last ones, using the {{subtoc2|game name}} template, followed by their content. After the content of the last subtoc, use the {{subtoc2}} with no parameters to signal the end of all the content on the page. This includes when only one subtoc is used.

On the Table of Contents pages for the individual games that are using the subtocs, put that game's {{Header Nav}} within <noinclude> tags, followed immediately by a transclusion of the main page's Table of Contents, like so: {{:Main Game/Table of Contents}}.

Usage

{{subtoc

{{subtoc2

Examples can be found on Diablo II/Table of Contents and Final Fantasy XI/Table of Contents.
