The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan/The End

While this segment of the game contains no gameplay, the final consequences of decisions made throughout the game will be revealed here. Possibilities are as follows:

• If Julia resurfaced before Alex told her it was okay to do so in Dive and then proceeded to drink alcohol in Ghost Story, she will die here.
• If Conrad escaped on the speedboat in Intrusion, then he will return to the ship here.
  • If the survivors were able to retrieve the distributor cap in Olson or Matters of the Heart, they will leave before he arrives. Conrad will then be stuck on the ship by himself, though the game still counts this toward his survival.
  • If the survivors were not able to retrieve the distributor cap, Conrad will rescue them.
• If the survivors made contact with the military in Distress Signal and then turned on the generator in Depths, a military helicopter will arrive on the ship.
  • If the survivors were then able to retrieve the distributor cap, they will leave the ship before the military arrives. The soldiers will then encounter the "spirits" on the ship, implying their demise.
  • If the survivors were not able to retrieve the distributor cap, then they will be stuck on the ship and the military will shoot them all down upon their arrival. This is an easy way to obtain an ending where everyone dies, triggering an achievement/trophy.
• If the survivors were able to calm Junior down in Junior, he will be accompanying the group.
• If the survivors did not contact the military and did not retrieve the distributor cap, then they will be stuck floating along the ocean. Though this isn't exactly a happy ending, the game still counts this as survival.
