Using outhouses fulfils the Bladder need. Showers fill your Sims' Hygiene all the way to the top, unlike swimming in the ocean. In order to build the basic outhouses and showers, you need a good Mechanical Skill, the hammer tool, and lots of rope. To build the more lavish outhouses and showers, you need the chisel tool, a high Mechanical Skill, as well as the Creativity Skill.
