Aspirations, In The Sims 2: Pets, influence the wants your Sim desires. This page reviews each aspiration and their wants, but unlike the other games, they do not have fears. Note that most of these wants are not restricted to each aspiration, it is possible to be experienced by all aspirations. Sometimes, a want is also influenced by the personality or mood of the Sim. Each aspiration has one career Sims usually want to pursue. A unique amount of points is earned depending on the want that was completed, these Aspiration points unlock different Townies.

Family Aspiration

Family Aspiration Sims want to spend more time with their families. For many, this involves creating a family in the first place by socializing around town until they find the person of their dreams. Then it is time to settle down and concentrate on having a happy and healthy home life. These wants include:
