Ufouria: The Saga/Characters

Each of the 4 characters in the game has his own skills. You can switch from one character to another whenever you want, through the sub-screen. Depending on the different situations, it may be more convenient to control a certain character rather than another. The abilities of the four characters are summarized below:

BOP-LOUIE

• Walks fast
• Good jumping ability
• Can not swim
• Falls on icy surfaces
• Can climb walls after finding the suction cup
• Special weapon: He can detach his head from the body to hit enemies in front of him

FREEON-LEON

• Walks slowly
• Not very skilled in jumping
• Swims on the surface of the water (but not below)
• Can walk on ice without slipping
• Special weapon: he can temporarily transform enemies into ice blocks, which can be used as platforms

SHADES

• Walks slowly
• Jumps very high and glide slowly
• Can not swim
• Falls on icy surfaces
• Special weapon: He can hit all enemies on the screen with his eyes

GIL

• Walks slowly
• Not very skilled in jumping
• Can swim also underwater
• Falls on icy surfaces
• Special weapon: Bomb regurgitation that has no effect on enemies, but can destroy certain walls.
