The group found all the clues from the Twins Clueline.

This is a list of clues concerning the disappearance of Hannah and Beth. Obtaining them is necessary if you want Josh to survive.

1 Film Trophy An award for a movie that Josh's Dad directed. Washington Lodge (When playing as Chris in Chapter 2, on the second floor of the lodge right before entering the bathroom, head to the end of the balcony to find a shelf hidden from view.)
2 Beach Photo A photo of Josh, Hannah and Beth on the beach. It was taken the summer before they disappeared. Washington Lodge (After following Josh to the basement as Sam in Chapter 2, examine the photo on the counter that he takes the flashlight out of.)
3 Prom Night Photo A photo of Hannah, Sam, Mike and Emily at the high school prom. Washington Lodge (When playing as Chris in Chapter 2, on the main floor of the lodge, find this on a low table to the left of the main staircase.)
4 Family Portrait A portrait of the Washington family. Hannah is wearing a distinctive locket. Washington Lodge (When playing as Chris in Chapter 2, after exiting the storage area that he breaks into, find this portrait on a wall in the hall.)
5 Tattoo Card Hannah had an appointment to get a tattoo. She chose a butterfly design. Washington Lodge (When playing as Sam in Chapter 2, find this on a surface to the right of Hannah's room.)
6 Compatibility Test A screwed-up magazine quiz. It looks like Hannah wasn't happy with the answer she got. It's an indication of her emotional state on the night of the twins' disappearance. Washington Lodge (As Sam in Chapter 2, enter the closet in Hannah's room to find this on the floor.)
7 Tennis Photo A framed photo of Hannah playing tennis. Washington Cabin (When Mike reaches the guest cabin in Chapter 3, find this photo at the end of the back hall.)
8 Portrait Photo A portrait of the Washington twins. This must have been taken a few months before they disappeared. Washington Lodge (As Chris in the library in Chapter 3, enter the secret room to find this on a table.)
9 Hannah's Glasses Case A glasses case with Hannah's initials on the back. Hannah was wearing her glasses on the day she went missing. Washington Lodge (Before following Chris to the library as Ashley in Chapter 3, turn back around to find this on a surface.)
10 Beth's Phone Beth never went anywhere without her cellphone. She must have passed this way on the night of the disappearance. Blackwood Mountain (On the way to the fire tower as Matt in Chapter 5, after following Emily up the hill, head left at the fork to find a shack with this phone hiding under a floorboard.)
11 Hannah's Poster A Missing Person poster for Hannah Washington. It mentions her tattoo and her glasses. Fire Tower (As Emily in Chapter 6, find this in a locker in the fire tower.)
12 Beth's Poster A Missing Person poster for Beth Washington. It mentions her pink coat and her beanie hat. Fire Tower (After turning on the power to the fire tower in Chapter 6, turn on the printer to print this poster.)
13 Hannah's Glasses Hannah's broken glasses found near a sheer drop into the mine. She must have fallen near here. North West Mines (As Emily in Chapter 7, find the glasses on a deck in the background of an open clearing.)
14 Hannah's Locket Hannah's tarnished locket with a portrait of the Washington family inside. It can't have fallen here. Someone must have moved it further into the mine. North West Mines (Nearby Beth's head, as Emily in Chapter 7, find the locket on a barrel.)
15 Marks on Rock The scratched marks show the date of Hannah and Beth's disappearance, and a tally of days. Someone was alive down here for a long time. North West Mines (After find the glasses as Emily in Chapter 7, look to the left behind some wooden planks.)
16 Beth's Cross A simple wooden cross with Beth's name scratched on it. North West Mines (As Emily in Chapter 7, look to the right of the cliff she can't climb and examine the cross to lift it off the ground.)
17 Tattoo Photo A photo of Hannah showing off her new tattoo. North West Mines (As Emily in Chapter 7, find this photo on a barrel in the foreground of an open clearing.)
18 Beth's Head The remains of Beth Washington's head, resting on her jacket in the mine. There is no sign of the body. North West Mines (After exiting the open clearing filled with clues as Emily in Chapter 7, you should soon come across Hannah's locket and Beth's head.)
19 Beth's Watch An empty grave with Beth's watch lying in the dirt. Someone or something has dug up her body. North West Mines (As Sam in Chapter 10, follow the path to the left of the water to find Beth's grave and watch.)
20 Scrawled Journal A bundle of papers that Hannah used as a journal. It tells of how she was trapped down the mine and starving. She took desperate action for which she felt profoundly guilty. Then her body began to change. The journal ends as incoherent scribbles. North West Mines (After entering the water as Sam in Chapter 10, climb a ledge to the left to find the final twins clue.)

This is a list of clues concerning the man behind the night's strange events.

1 Wanted Poster A torn-up wanted poster about a fugitive on the mountain, dated 1998. Someone didn't want people to see this. Blackwood Mountain (As Sam or Chris in Chapter 1, find this to the side of the cable car station, on the way to the shooting range.)
2 Newspaper Fragment The report covers a court case related to Blackwood Pines. An old janitor tried to burn the place down. In the dock he swore revenge on the Washington Family. Washington Lodge (After breaking in to the storage room as Chris Chapter 2, find this on a shelf in a room off to the side.)
3 Answerphone Message A message from a local police officer about a convict being released from jail. It sounds like a warning. Washington Lodge (On the main floor of the lodge, as Chris in Chapter 2, look in a room to the left to find the answering machine on a table.)
4 Axe Holder A wall-mounted holder that should contain an axe. But the axe is missing. Blackwood Mountain (Before breaking into the lodge as Chris in Chapter 2, look to the left of the window to find an empty axe holder.)
5 Cigar Stub A stubbed out cigar butt. It looks like it was left recently. There must be someone else up on the mountain. North West Mines (Find this clue as Mike in Chapter 2, on a barrel off to the side.)
6 Mystical Symbol Strange symbols painted onto the wall of the mine. It's not clear what they mean. North West Mines (As Mike in Chapter 2, find this on a wall in a room off to the right.)
7 Native American Book A Native American Book in the guest cabin. There is a section showing symbols which the Native Americans used to keep evil spirits away. Washington Cabin (After reaching the guest cabin as Mike in Chapter 3, find this book is on a table to the left of the fireplace.)
8 Postcard An invitation for a Halloween party with a creepy picture of a scarecrow on the other side. Washington Lodge (As Sam in Chapter 2, turn over the postcard on a night table to the left of the bed in Hannah's room.)
9 Threatening Letter A creepy note written to the Washington family, threatening to exact revenge on Hannah and Beth. Washington Lodge (After entering the library's secret room as Chris in Chapter 3, turn over the photo here to find the threatening letter.)
10 Light from Below The electricity is out. But there is an electric light shining from the room below the library. Washington Lodge (On the way to the library as Ashley in Chapter 3, look to the left of the room's entrance to find a vent with light shining through.)
11 Native American Letter A letter from Josh's mother about the Native American tribes that used to live on the mountain. On the back is a scrawled note about a strange man she saw near the lodge. Washington Lodge (After exiting the library as Chris in Chapter 3, go through the door that opens on its own; at the end of the hall, look to the left of the door to find this letter.)
12 Cigar Box A wooden cigar box. Only a single cigar is left. It has a distinctive brand label. Blackwood Sanatorium (After entering the chapel as Mike in Chapter 5, look to the center of the room to find this clue on a barrel.)
13 Clippings Wall A map of the mountain with sightings and recent disappearances marked with dates. It looks like the work of an obsessive mind. Blackwood Sanatorium (Find a side room to the right of the chapel as Mike in Chapter 5. This cork board can be found on the wall.)
14 Business Card An order for saws and cutting blades from an abattoir supply business. It's not what you expect to be delivered to a remote mountain lodge. Washington Lodge (As Sam in Chapter 5, find this on a table by the entrance of the lodge.)
15 Pig's Head A pig's head dumped on the mountain. It's fresh and there's blood splattered over it. Blackwood Mountain (When Chris is searching for Ashley in Chapter 4, head left at a fork to find this behind a dummy that pops out at him.)
16 Hidden Camera A video camera, hidden between some boxes. Washington Lodge (After following the ghost through the foggy door as Ashley in Chapter 6, look to the right of the scissors and lightbulb catalogue to find a camera behind some cardboard boxes.)
17 Axe An axe stuck into the door of the cable car station. It definitely wasn't there before! Blackwood Mountain (After reaching the cable car station as Matt in Chapter 5, find this axe stuck in the door.)
18 Faked Newspapers A packet of old newspapers with a story about Blackwood Pines. But the date of postage suggests that they were printed recently. Blackwood Pines Hotel (As Ashley in Chapter 6, find a box to the right of a descending staircase containing a bunch of fake newspapers.)
19 Lightbulb Catalogue A specialist lightbulb catalogue. The circled lightbulb is for a specific type of projector. Washington Lodge (After following the ghost through the foggy door as Ashley in Chapter 6, find this on a table to the right, by some scissors.)
20 Batteries and Timers Batteries, switches and timers wired up together. It looks like they're used to control electronic devices remotely. Blackwood Pines Hotel (After descending to the lowest level of the basement as Ashley in Chapter 6, walk a bit and you should eventually see some sparks in the foreground; approach the camera to examine them.)
21 Dead Pig A pig's carcass hanging from the ceiling. It's been recently gutted. Blackwood Pines Hotel (Once you enter the psycho's lair as Ashley in Chapter 6, look to the far right to find this clue.)
22 Photos of Friends Photos taken with a telephoto lens. The Psycho has been watching for a long time. Blackwood Pines Hotel (In the psycho's lair as Ashley in Chapter 6, find this on the back wall.)
23 Hooks and Chains Bloodied chains and hooks. This looks like equipment from a slaughterhouse. Blackwood Pines Hotel (In the psycho's lair as Ashley in Chapter 6, look to the left of the entrance.)
24 Video Camera A video camera on a tripod pointing at a chair. The Psycho is collecting footage of what's going on. Blackwood Pines Hotel (In the psycho's lair as Sam in Chapter 7, find this by a dummy dressed in Sam's clothes.)
25 Dummy in Sam's Clothes A dummy dressed up as Sam. It looks like the Psycho had to improvise after Sam got away. Blackwood Pines Hotel (In the psycho's lair as Sam in Chapter 7, find this dummy in a chair by the video camera.)
26 Death Machine Plans The plans show how a mannequin could be used to give the impression that someone was cut in half. But the person using the machine is really standing safely out of the way. It looks like the machine that killed Josh. Washington Lodge (After kicking open the vent as Sam in Chapter 7, look to the right to find these on a wall.)
27 Josh's Cellphone There are lots of messages from Josh's psychiatrist, warning him not to proceed with an unspecified plan of revenge for the prank against his friends. Washington Lodge (After kicking open the vent as Sam in Chapter 7, head left to find this on a shelf.)
28 Remembrance Board A board with lots of pictures and mementos of Hannah and Beth. Whoever made this seems to be obsessed with the twins. Washington Lodge (After kicking open the vent as Sam in Chapter 7, enter the next room to find this on the wall behind some boxes.)
29 Voice Recording It sounds like The Psycho rehearsing his speech. But suddenly the voice modifier cuts out and someone else's voice can be heard. Washington Lodge (After peeking through a door at the psycho as Sam in Chapter 7, look to the left to find a tape recorder on the table; turn it on for the clue.)
30 Psychiatric Report A psychiatric report on Josh. He's been on medication for a long time. His current therapist is called Dr. Hill. Washington Lodge (After kicking open the vent as Sam in Chapter 7, look to the left to find a desk; open the drawer to find a folder with the psychiatric report inside.)

This is a list of clues concerning the mystery of Blackwood Mountain, connected to events that occurred many years ago.

1 Mine Danger Map A map showing structural faults in the mine, marked up by a mine engineer. It looks like the owners knew there was a risk of collapse. North West Mines (As Mike in Chapter 2, find this on a table off to the side, as you near the exit of the mines.)
2 Old Mask An old mining gas mask. The name inside says it belonged to a miner called Billy Bates. Blackwood Mountain (In a shack on the way to the guest cabin, find this as Mike in Chapter 3.)
3 Administration Notes A note asking staff to prepare beds for miners who were rescued after an incident at the mine. The miners were brought to the Sanatorium to recover. Blackwood Sanatorium (To the right of the door labeled "Admin," find this sheet of paper to the right, by the entrance of the sanatorium as Mike in Chapter 5.)
4 Broken Camera The lens of this camera is smashed. It looks like someone did this on purpose. Blackwood Sanatorium (As Mike in Chapter 5, after entering the door labeled "Admin", find this to the left of the room.)
5 Medical Notes Miners rescued from the mine were healthier than expected, although some had exhibited reintegration problems. Blackwood Sanatorium (As Mike in Chapter 5, after exiting the administration room, enter a room down the hall to find these on a cabinet.)
6 Clocking-In Cards A batch of 30 clocking-in cards from the mine, locked away in a safe. This means there were 30 miners trapped in the mine. Blackwood Sanatorium (As Mike in Chapter 5, after entering the door labeled "Admin", find these in a locker to the left of the entrance.)
7 Mine Rescue Photo A framed photo of the group of miners rescued after a cave-in, dated 1952. The plaque says that all twelve miners survived. However, there were thirty clocking-in cards from the mines. Blackwood Sanatorium (After exiting the chapel as Mike in Chapter 5, look behind the large descending staircase to find this on the floor to the right.)
8 Old Newspaper A newspaper, dated 1952, with a story about a reporter being banned from visiting a group of the rescued miners. The reporter had his camera confiscated. Blackwood Sanatorium (After exiting the administration room as Mike in Chapter 5, head to the right of the hall rather than going forward to find a room off to the side; the clue is on a desk.)
9 Restraining Chair A chair with leather straps to restrain the patient. There's blood on it. It looks like it was used as part of a weird experiment. Blackwood Sanatorium (After finding the machete as Mike in Chapter 5, walk towards the camera until you come across a curtain that you can pull back to reveal this clue.)
10 Telegram About Miners A telegram warning about press interest in survivors brought to the Sanatorium. The mine owners were trying to cover something up. Blackwood Sanatorium (After finding the machete as Mike in Chapter 5, head towards the exit, but don't take it just yet; in a room to the right is a telegram.)
11 Name Tag A mortuary tag. The name on it reads: Nicholas Bowen. Blackwood Sanatorium (Pull out one of the drawers in the morgue as Mike in Chapter 5 to find this inside.)
12 Strange Skull A disfigured human head suspended in formaldehyde. Blackwood Sanatorium (As Mike in Chapter 5, look on a shelf to the right within the morgue to find this inside a jar.)
13 Death Certificate A hastily written death certificate, dated 24th February 1952. It describes the body as partially eaten! Blackwood Sanatorium (Pull out one of the drawers in the morgue as Mike in Chapter 5 to find this inside.)
14 Clocking-In Machine This is how the mine supervisors knew how many men were down in the mines. The cards in the "IN" section are missing. North West Mines (As Emily in Chapter 7, look to the right of the elevator to find this on the wall.)
15 Miner Photo A photo of a group of miners called the Blasting Crew, taken at North West Mines in 1951. They were blasting new tunnels. North West Mines (As Emily in Chapter 7, find this in a chest by a mine cart.)
16 Miner's Family Photo A photo of a miner called Billy Bates, posing with his family. North West Mines (After Emily turns on her phone's flashlight and walks down a cave in Chapter 7, open a box in a nook to the right to find this inside.)
17 Romantic Postcard A postcard of Calgary with a romantic message on the back. Billy Bates was a part of the crew that blasted new tunnels deep in the mines. North West Mines (If Emily hid from the stranger in the previous chapter, she will slide down into a new area in Chapter 8; look for a room off to the side to find this postcard.)
18 Journal: Introduction The journal of The Stranger gives the player essential information on the Wendigo. Washington Lodge (Once Ashley has the stranger's journal in Chapter 8, flip back a page to find this missable clue.)
19 Journal: Cannibalism Washington Lodge (As Ashley in Chapter 8, flip through the stranger's journal to collect all clues here.)

23 Makeshift Graveyard All the crosses here bear the same date - 24 February 1952. What happened to make so many people die on the same day? Blackwood Sanatorium (As Mike in Chapter 9, head through the door to the left of the chapel to come across an outdoors area with this graveyard at the end of it.)
24 Doctor's Report The report by Dr. Bowen notes several serious irregularities in some recent patients. It appears that the patients were undergoing some sort of physical change. Blackwood Sanatorium (After entering the cell block as Mike in Chapter 9, head into the first cell to the left to find this report.)
25 Old Film Reel A restrained patient seems to turn into some sort of creature and becomes violent. It attacks the people making the film. Blackwood Sanatorium (Before entering B-Wing as Mike in Chapter 9, walk back toward the camera. In a room off to the side along this hall is a projector that you can turn on for this clue.)
26 Suicide Note A suicide note signed by Jefferson Bragg. He locked himself in his safe room and took poison. He seems to be describing some sort of massacre outside. Blackwood Sanatorium (Before entering B-Wing as Mike in Chapter 9, walk back toward the camera and keep walking until you reach the very end of the hall. Ram through the back wall of this room and shoot open the door to the cell to find a corpse and a note.)
27 Case Study Dossier A series of photos of the miner Billy Bates. They show transformation over several days. By the end, the miner had clearly become a Wendigo. Blackwood Sanatorium (Before entering B-Wing as Mike in Chapter 9, walk back toward the camera and keep walking until you reach the very end of the hall. Open the desk drawer here to find this final clue.)
