While I appreciate the fact that you are trying to contribute, a lot of your contributions so far have either been repeating information that's already on the page, riddled with typos, or in an improper location. I would encourage you to make an account so that we can help you make better contributions and/or explain in greater detail why what you're adding doesn't work.--IsaacGS 23:15, 26 May 2008 (CDT)

Create an account[edit]

Hello, thank you for editing StrategyWiki. Registering an account allows you to do much more. By having a StrategyWiki account you can have your own user page. Also, you can upload images for the guide you're working on, and even customize the look of the site to match your tastes! Also, another benefit of registering an account is that your IP address is not logged whenever you edit, so it adds security and privacy as well. Sign up today! It takes less than one minute and requires no personal information — you're not even required to provide an e-mail address. ----Melon247 Hammy, my hamster. Cute! Welcome to StrategyWiki![edit]

Hello FlyXwing! Welcome to StrategyWiki. Thank you for your contributions. If you have any questions, just contact a sysop through their talk page or post on the staff lounge, and they'd be happy to help. If you need help editing, check the StrategyWiki Guide. If you have a question about the content on this wiki, you can check out our staff lounge page. If you want to ask questions or hang out in IRC, we're usually around. On the other hand, if you have ideas for StrategyWiki, bring them up on the forums. Please remember to sign your name on, and only on, talk pages by clicking Wikisigbutton.png or using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Finally, please do your best to always fill in the edit summary field as this helps to document all of your hard work. Feel free to delete this message from your talk page if you like, or keep it for reference. Happy editing! -- najzereT 09:00, 25 June 2009 (UTC)

KoC note[edit]

Hey, I'm not sure what your note was about on the MapleStory/Quests/Cygnus Knights page, but it definitely doesn't go above the {{Header Nav}}. Make sure you're editing in the right place, and use the "Show preview" button (next to the "Save page" button) to do that. Thanks, — najzereT 09:06, 25 June 2009 (UTC)

Thanks for the reminder. FlyXwing 09:08, 25 June 2009 (UTC)

Hi there, after the sixth quest you stated "The new system merges with the old system from here." What systems are you talking about? Could you please explain? Thanks, --Notmyhandle (talk contribs) 17:58, 26 June 2009 (UTC)
Also, when making many edits to a page, try to consolidate your edits into one large edit. Use the preview button when editing, and edit outside of your browser if you're worried about losing your work. Thanks, --Notmyhandle (talk contribs) 02:31, 28 June 2009 (UTC)

Thank you.^^ Will work on the MapleSEA section soon, I think, not posting it up yet because lower exp tnl is decreased, so quest exp is nerfed.

Auto-confirmed users[edit]

It becomes a question of how much effort will a user really go just to vandalize the site. On top of that, we usually have a sysop active on the site at all hours of the day, so vandalism gets reverted within five minutes on average, and user accounts which vandalize get banned. So in all, it's a minor precautionary measure. However, if you are concerned about any particular users, please let us know. Thanks for your concern. Procyon 14:12, 30 June 2009 (UTC)

MapleStory taxes[edit]

Hi FlyXwing, what version of MapleStory do you play, EMS? Does the dropped tax (6%) only occur if a different player picks up the mesos? In GMS, if I drop 50,000 Mesos and pick it back up I don't lose anything. --Notmyhandle (talk contribs) 18:33, 3 August 2009 (UTC)

Away for exams[edit]

So, expect me @ October last week!

MapleStory/Skills/Blessing of Fairy‎[edit]

First of all, please don't put editing notes up in the main guide space; those pages are only for information meant to be read by visitors to the site. Second, the page you are creating has already been deleted once, since we don't make separate pages for the skills in MapleStory. They're not linked from the Table of Contents and a place already exists for skill information, in this case on MapleStory/Beginner/Skills. What you're trying to do is a whole new organizational concept for a huge, established guide. In that case, please bring up your new idea on the MS talk page first so the other editors working on the guide can discuss the change with you. Feel free to keep working on the one in your user space, but please don't create pages for individual skills until a consensus has been reached to do so. Thanks, — najzereT 16:06, 9 April 2010 (UTC)

"Nobless"[edit]

Just so you know, Nobless is spelled Noblesse, with an "e" on the end. :) -- Imjon 17:32, 11 April 2010 (UTC)
