Welcome to StrategyWiki!

Hello Johnnyauau2000! Welcome to StrategyWiki. Thank you for your contributions. If you have any questions, just contact a sysop through their talk page or post on the staff lounge, and they'd be happy to help. If you need help editing, check the StrategyWiki Guide. If you have a question about the content on this wiki, you can check out our staff lounge page. If you want to ask questions or hang out in IRC, we're usually around. On the other hand, if you have ideas for StrategyWiki, bring them up on the community portal talk page. Please remember to sign your name on, and only on, talk pages by clicking Wikisigbutton.png or using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Finally, please do your best to always fill in the edit summary field as this helps to document all of your hard work. Feel free to delete this message from your talk page if you like, or keep it for reference. Happy editing! -- The preceding signed comment was added by Rocky (talkcontribs). 01:17, 3 February 2008 (CST)

Spoilers

Please do not include spoilers on game pages. The story section should only introduce the start of the story, not summarize the whole game. If you spoil the whole story, no one will read the guide. -- Prod (talk) 23:53, 30 August 2021 (UTC)

Edit Quality

In your recent edit to The Great Ace Attorney: Adventures/Episode 5: The Adventure of the Unspeakable Story/Trial, Part 4, you added (in bold)

  • He testifies that he has seen all this through the peephole in which he'll give out his statements for the court! Could this get anymore worse?

What is the point of this edit? This doesn't help the readers on our site. You're not an author, and you're not narrating the game. Your only job here is to try to help readers beat a puzzle. This extra fluff that you throw in to your guides really lowers the quality. Not by a little, but by a lot. You've got to stop doing adding this kind of commentary. Resident Evil

Hi Johnny! First off, thanks for helping out with the Great Ace Attorney guides! I appreciated the foundation you provided with the walkthroughs since writing all that out was the most annoying part for me haha. ^^' As for RE6, I actually didn't like that game too much. :( But I loved RE5 and Revelations 2, and I noticed you have the latter in your top ten games! So if you ever wanna collaborate on the Revelations 2 guide, I'm all for it. ^^

I also have a Switch though I mainly use it for exclusives, everything else I play on PS4 (I'm not ready to make the jump to PS5 yet lol). I see you have Miku in your top ten too? I hope Sega can give us a new entry in that series soon! I need more!! XD --WarioTalk 16:49, 8 November 2021 (UTC)

Great! I'm currently working on the WarioWare guide so it might be a while until I jump back in, really wish I finished the walkthrough at least while the game was still fresh in my head. XD But I'll definitely get images and everything when I get the chance! :) --WarioTalk 15:43, 9 November 2021 (UTC)
Oh you mean those wiki alliances? I agree that a Capcom one would be cool! But I wouldn't have the time/energy/know-how to participate in one haha, so I'm just gonna keep sticking to StrategyWiki. ^^ --WarioTalk 20:47, 15 November 2021 (UTC)

The Wiki Alliances are brought together by the independent wikis themselves. But unless there are a large number of members, they don't really work out too well. NIWA has a lot going on, but SEIWA is pretty quiet in general. -- Prod (talk) 22:47, 15 November 2021 (UTC)

AoE DE

Nice to see someone working on the game, but I'm concerned about how little information you've filled in on the main game page. You should at least fill out the {{game}} template. And the TOC is just the default preload without any edits. That implies that the game is so trivial that it only needs just one page. I think we can both agree that the game needs a lot of pages.--Henke37 (talk) 07:44, 11 August 2022 (UTC)

Persona 5 Royal

There ToC you need to edit is at Persona 5/Table of Contents. If you need to add walkthrough pages that are the same for both the original and royal, you put them under the Persona 5/Walkthrough section. If they're only relevant to Royal, put them under Persona 5 Royal/Walkthrough. -- Prod (talk) 00:10, 23 November 2022 (UTC)
