Youtube videos

I noticed you have made youtube videos of all the levels. We have a {{YouTube}} which you can use to link to your youtube videos as well. You can find an example of it's usage in the guide. We don't embed them here, all the viewers will be sent over to youtube directly. -- Prod (Talk) 00:35, 11 October 2008 (UTC)

New C&C:G pages

Nice work on those new C&C:G pages. That's an awful lot of new content you've contributed! --DrBob (talk) 08:47, 11 October 2008 (UTC)

Thank you for giving SW a second chance. I'm glad you still feel it is worthy of presenting your efforts =) --Notmyhandle (talk contribs) 19:40, 11 October 2008 (UTC)
Likewise. Let me know if you need anything. I look forward to a future featured C&C Generals guide!--DukeRuckleyTalk | Contribs 20:44, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
Your apology is certainly accepted and appreciated. Unlike the rest of the staff, who feel that their first priority is to the the users of the site, I am unique in that I feel my first priority is to the staff, so I am unusually protective of them. My fear is that one of them may leave if they suffer enough abuse at the hands of the users, and my goal is to prevent that from happening, as we can't afford to lose a single talented member of this staff. C&C:RA3

Can you expand the Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3/Table of Contents with the level names and move your page into the proper location within the guide? -- Prod (Talk) 05:31, 2 November 2008 (UTC)

Hey Karl, instead of using tags, please use the three apostrophes to '''bold''' text. In most of the cases you are using bold text, you should be using page headings instead. Not only will this inform readers of a new section, which I believe is your intent, but it will also allow the page to form a table of contents box at the top for ease of navigation. For an example, here are the changes I made to the C&C:RA3 Gibraltar page. Thanks for helping out and keep those great edits coming! - najzere 06:36, 28 November 2008 (UTC)

Deletions

If you would like a page deleted, simply add {{Delete|Reason}} to the top of a page. Notifying an admin, however, is the fastest method. When moving a page, the old page should be tagged with {{Delete}} so that we can remove the unnecessary redirect (which is not urgent at all, so notifying one of us is a waste of effort). --Notmyhandle (talk contribs) 10:04, 2 November 2008 (UTC)

Age of Mythology pages

I moved the pages you recently created to Age of Mythology/Omens and Age of Mythology/Consequences. Pages within a guide should be subpaged off the main guide page like "Age of Mythology/Page name". It would help if you started by adding all the links to the table of contents and then used those links to start the pages. That way everything stays organized and everyone knows what still needs to be made. Thanks! — najzereT 02:07, 30 November 2009 (UTC)

Welcome back

Good to see you around! --Notmyhandle (talk contribs) 23:39, 30 November 2009 (UTC)

I should get the hang of it again soon. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Karlcsr (talkcontribs) .
I hope you will find us less stifling this time. If something does arise, just do what I do when there's hot discussions going on - take a walk! Also, you're a crazy guy, you know that? I enjoyed the story you left on my talk page. Way to stand up for everyone. Since you've been gone we've had some minor changes. You'll notice a newer admin around, Najzere, who will probably be the number one person helping to refine the outcome of your efforts. I would say keep up the good work, but I know you don't need any additional encouragement. --Notmyhandle (talk contribs) 08:26, 2 December 2009 (UTC)

Neutral point of view

Guides are open for anyone to edit, and to accomodate multiple authors we've decided to use a neutral point of view, meaning content should be written in the third person, with no opinions and a somewhat professional tone. Please keep this in mind as you're editing, and try to avoid words like "I" or "we", or use of slang or non-factual information. Thanks for helping us keep our guide pages polished! — najzereT 20:12, 21 February 2010 (UTC)
