Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA is an action RPG and the eighth Ys game in the main series. It was developed by Nihon Falcom and was originally released for the PlayStation Vita. It was later ported to the PlayStation 4, Windows, and Nintendo Switch. The story takes place after the events of Ys V: Lost Kefin, Kingdom of Sand and before Ys VI: The Ark of Napishtim.
