Alina's father wants an Oil Devil Pot. He is willing to pay 50,000 for it. Visit Professor Moseley at the Scholor's House to learn more about the pot. It seems he is also interested in studying it. Oil Devils carry Oil Devil Pots. If you can defeat one you should be able to get its pot. Oil Devils can be found in Deserts filled with Magical Beasts.

After getting an Oil Devil Pot return to the Scholar's House and give it to Professor Moseley.
