Here is a list of enemies in the game.
Aliens[edit | edit source]
Fodder[edit | edit source]
- Egg: Only encounter later in the game. If a player is too near an egg, it will hatch a facehugger.
- Facehugger:
- Runner: Most common Alien enemy faced by the colonial marines, known to be quadruped.
Veteran[edit | edit source]
- Drone: Taller than the runners and feature a distinctive smooth domed head.
- Burster:
- Prowler: a red quadruped xenomorph larger than a runner. They will wait and attempt to pounce at the player.
- Spitter: xenomorph with a long range acid spitting attack.
Elite[edit | edit source]
- Warrior: Similar to the drone, except that they have ridged heads.
- Crusher
- Irradiated Spitter
- Praetorian
- Three: also named Monica- after its host, resembles an alien Drone, but with more health. It acts as a boss at the end of mission 2 of Priority One.
- Queen: Giant Xenomorph that appears in the last mission of The Only Way (Regicide), it acts as an invincible boss that you must escape from.

Fodder[edit | edit source]
- Maintenance Synth: armed with a close combat weapon and will rush to the player. Although they are seen early in the game, they are thankfully inactive at that time.

- Synth Detonators: Easily distinguished by their headless appearance, they will attempt to rush to the player to detonate themselves, resulting in a huge amount of damage.
