There are many characters that can visit your village. These characters do not move in, but instead stay for an allotted amount of time and perform special functions. You can speak to Copper to find out if most visitors are in your town, except Gulliver and Wisp.

Blanca the Cat[edit]

Visits after you meet her on the train

When you visit another person's town, you might get Blanca instead of Rover on the train. She has a blank face, and you can draw her a new one. After this she will occasionally turn up in your town.
