The second auto-scrolling level places you on top of a train, and you need to head to the front of the train on the left.
The gaps across the train cars are wider. To make the jump, you need to jump at the edge of one train car when there are no enemies present.
You will encounter Karnov once again.

The enemy will use a chain and kama to attack.
When you hit the enemy with a weapon, the best tactic is to jump back before the chain hits. If you don't have a weapon, the best tactic is to inflict continuous punches or kicks against the enemy.
