The only area in this level is understandably named "Planet X", and once the flying saucer has dropped Bugs off at the starting line, the text "ALL RIGHT GUYS! THE FIRST OF YOU TO PLACE HIS FLAG ON THE MOUNTAIN TOP WINS THE RACE!" will be shown at the bottom of the screen; the saucer shall now fly away as the text "ON YOUR MARK..." appears at the bottom of the screen and both Bugs and Marvin take two steps forward (but when the text "GET SET..." appears, the cheating Martian shall go immediately). The text "GO!" will then appear at the bottom of the screen as the Instant Martian fires a blank shot from his gun and a one-and-a-half-minute timer starts - and you will now have to direct Bugs towards a Golden Carrot. Once you have collected it, you shall have to run through the third of three doorways to warp to another platform above the starting Instant Martian, then collect another Golden Carrot and a +3 stopwatch; once you have done so, you will have to drop back down to the first platform and enter the first door to be warped to a third platform. You shall now have to collect a third Golden Carrot and another +3 stopwatch - and once you have done so you will have to drop down to a fourth platform to collect a third +3 stopwatch and a fourth Golden Carrot. You will now have to run through a sixth door to warp to behind two more Instant Martians on the third platform, then jump up to the second step to collect a fifth Golden Carrot, a fourth +3 stopwatch and a sixth Golden Carrot; once you have done it, you will have to run through the second of three more doorways to warp to a fifth platform, then drop back down to the third one to collect fifth +3 stopwatch and seventh Golden Carrot. You'll now have to warp back up to the fifth platform and jump onto a sixth one (while watching out for four falling boulders) to collect a sixth +3 stopwatch - and once you have done it, you will have to run through the fifth of five more doors to warp to a seventh platform, then collect an eighth Golden Carrot, a seventh +3 stopwatch, a ninth Golden Carrot and an eighth +3 stopwatch. You shall then have to drop down to an eighth platform, to collect a ninth +3 stopwatch and a tenth Golden Carrot; once you have done so, you will have to drop back down to the sixth platform, go through its first door to warp to a ninth platform and collect an eleventh Golden Carrot (while watching out for three more Instant Martians charging towards you). You will now have to run through a fifteenth door to warp back to the sixth platform, run through its fourth door and warp to a tenth platform and collect two more Golden Carrots (while watching out for two more falling boulders) - and once you've done it, you will have to drop down to an eleventh platform, and collect a fourteenth Golden Carrot (while watching out for a sixth, jumping Instant Martian). You'll then have to jump on a red button to make it turn green and cause an elevator platform to come down; once you've jumped onto it, it'll carry you back up to the sixth one. You then have to direct Bugs up to the X at the top of the mountain (but if he ran out of time, the text "TIME OUT" will have appeared at the bottom of the screen, and you will have to jump off the mountain to start this level over again) - and once Bugs has reached the X at the top of the mountain before he runs out of time, you will have to press 
(Windows: ) to make him plant his flag on it and claim Planet X in the name of the Earth. Marvin will then reach the top of the mountain, and say That makes me very angry... as he jumps up and down on his own flag; the level's only Clock, that had been hovering above the mountain, will then fall down for Bugs to automatically collect and jump back into the saucer to exit the level.
Once Bugs has jumped back out of the saucer in the level selector, Merlin will appear and say: Great. Just perfect. You have completed this level. Let me save your position.; regardless of your answer "YES" or "NO" you'll (because Bugs now has 184 Golden Carrots and 71 Clocks, which is not quite enough to open The Carrot-Henge Mystery) then have no choice but to revisit What's Cookin', Doc? even though it still cannot be finished, so activate the Time Machine, move it left thrice to select The Medieval Period, and press 
(Windows: ) to enter it yet again, then jump on the barrow (which shall propel Bugs back up to its hole), and jump into it again (PS users will also see two things not present in the Windows version on this visit, which are a portcullis in front of a doorway that leads to a now-reachable area, Royal Apple Tree Gardens, and a lever that must be kicked to raise it). Although Daffy reappears in the new area, he cannot steal Golden Carrots in it - just apples Bugs must place on a half-clamshell to turn off a fountain.
