Carnival Games (known in Europe as Carnival Funfair Games) is a video game for Nintendo's Wii console. It was published by Global Star Software, which is a division of Take-Two Interactive. On March 13, 2008 2K Play announced that the game had shipped over one million units. As a result of the original's success, a sequel called Carnival Games: Mini Golf was announced and will be released in the fall of 2008.
The game consists of various mini-games with a carnival theme, such as skee ball, Lucky Cups, Nerves of Steel, basketball, and horse racing. These are set up through 5 different themed areas of the carnival. The player can win virtual prizes depending on their score. There are also many easter eggs in the game as well.
