The Castle of Dr. Brain is a 1991 educational adventure game released by Sierra Entertainment for MS-DOS and Amiga. It is the first game in the Dr. Brain series and is recommended for ages 12 and above.

In the first of Dr. Brain series, the player assumes the role of someone who has come to apply for the position of associate of the famous Dr. Brain. In order to test if the player is worthy of this position, a series of puzzles have been set up throughout his castle that must be solved before the player can get to the doctor himself. Each room will have a general theme, ranging from mathematics and astronomy to logic and programming.
