Assuming you entered this route from the left, you will be greeted by a trio of enemies who bounce along the ground. Clear them away and proceed to the right, where you will encounter a few more bouncing enemies. Drop down the pit to the cavern, and then fall down to the screen below.
The slowly spinning enemy to your right takes two bullets to destroy. Remove it and continue right. Small fast moving enemies will occupy the ledges, and they will leap towards you when you get close enough. Carefully remove them, and drop down to the ground on the right. Then go back to the left a bit and press 
+
to drop through the ledge and to the screen below.
In this final level, simply walk to the right, stopping to stoop down and shoot the enemies approaching you as you advance. This is a very easy section to return to a few times in order to collect money and the occasional heart or fruit.
