Code: Realize - Bouquet of Rainbows (コードリアライズ - 彩虹の花束 Code: Realize - Saikou no Hanataba?), stylized as Code:Realize ~Bouquet of Rainbows~, is a compilation of the first two games in the Code: Realize series. Originally released exclusively for the PlayStation Vita, Bouquet of Rainbows marked the first release of the otome series on console, featuring higher resolution images and a new trophy pack. It was published by Idea Factory for the PlayStation 4 in Japan on August 24, 2017, and was later published by Aksys Games for North America on March 30, 2018 and for Europe on April 3 of the same year.

A Nintendo Switch port was released on September 13, 2018 in Japan, as part of Otomate's focus transitioning from the PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 4 to the Nintendo handheld/console hybrid.
