The stage starts off with Lelouch talking to friends, all of whom are students at Ashford Academy. After the conversation, you'll have control of Lelouch on the field. There will be a few items to collect here before you can move on. The first is a power-up item, パワフルピザ (Power Pizza), found in the room at the right side of the second floor. The second is a tune-up item, SZ強化パーツA (Sutherland Enhancement Parts A), found in the room to the left of the first floor. The last, a wallpaper, can be found in the room next to the room by the stairs on the other side of the first floor. You can now leave the building. Start by heading toward the school. There's a pizza box containing ガードピザ (Guard Pizza) at the end of the row of trees. After taking the item, enter the school, go up the stairs and into a classroom to start a cutscene. Lelouch spots a girl in the class who he seems to recognize. It doesn't take him too long to realize that the girl is Kallen Stadtfeld, the girl he helped with the rebellion at the ghetto.
Confrontation[edit]
After the dialogue, leave the classroom and go up the stairs. After another staircase, you should be on the roof of the school. Here you'll find a pizza box containing スピードピザ (Speed Pizza). Now go down the staircases until you reach the first floor. Go through the center to reach a courtyard, where you'll find Kallen. Lelouch will then use his Geass to get some answers. The first three options are:
- グラスゴーに乗っていたな? (Were you the one in the Glasgow?)
- オマエの名は? (What's your name?)
- 昼は何を食べた? (What did you eat for lunch?)
Choosing the third option forces you to choose either the first or second option after you get your answer. Choosing the first or second option leads to the following options:
- どうしてテロを? (Why do terrorism?)
- なぜ正体をいつわる? (Why hide your identity?)
Regardless of the chosen questions, Lelouch finds out some background on the mysterious new student. Apparently, she was the one in the Glasgow that day, but chooses to hide her identity. The Geass wears off and Lelouch loses control over her. Wanting to know more, he attempts to use his Geass again but fails. Either Shirley or Rivalz will interrupt and you'll end up back where the stage started.
Geass Test[edit]
The failed attempt, having no doubt confused Lelouch, prompts him to test his Geass out. Go to the teacher just past the bridge and Lelouch will use his Geass. Now head into the building near the building you started by and climb up all of the staircases to collect another SZ強化パーツA (Sutherland Enhancement Parts A). A ショットピザ (Shot Pizza) is also up the first flight of stairs. Now go back to the school building and into the classroom where you'll meet up with Kallen again. The rest of the chapter is just cutscenes: Kallen's suspicions of Lelouch are removed and Lelouch finds that Suzaku is in deep trouble.
